Needed it mainly for caller ID, now just have to figure out how to change the different line tones n volume.

I needed a new land line phone to replace an old phone. I chose this model because I trust the "AT&T" brand. Because I only have ONE land line, the "LINE 2" button is always illuminated. No big deal, really. All functions are "Menu Driven" and not too difficult to access/use. HOWEVER, make sure you have the User Manual handy to help with some functions. The volume control for speaker and handset is easy to use, especially if you're are/getting "hard of hearing". The phone keys are welcomely LARGE. This unit has the capability of using a "Lantronics", or similar, plug-in headset if you have one AND you can program the phone to "default" to using the headset if desired (again, the User Manual will tell you how to do it). Overall, it's a great phone and I DO RECOMMEND IT.

I am really happy with my corded phone. Wireless goes in and out up this high in the mountains, so I needed a dependable corded phone.

Because of my mother's inability to use the phone I had to return it. However, I like the phone and felt it was of good construction. Easy of use for me was excellent.

I bought this for my mother, who is 92. It was too difficult to set up, so we returned it for a regular Trimline phone. I'm sure someone with more knowledge than we have would find it easy to set up and use, but, since she didn't need all the features, it went back. Best Buy was wonderful in accepting the return and I give them 5 Stars for customer service!!

Wish it had more lines and it gets static sometimes.

If your still looking for a phone for a land-line this a good choice. The large buttons are perfect!

Don't forget corded hesdset. Display shows good clarity.
