Great for elderly. My father wanted one for every room a phone was needed.

Phone works well with no issues and is just as advertised.

Works as expected. Clear phone lines and easily programmed. It was purchased for a visually impaired person and it works great for him.

Bought the phone for my parents best phone ever. Because the can now see who is calling using the caller ID on the screen.

Works just fine. Did not need a two line phone but a comparable single line was not available.

For 2-line phone service, this has been a decent, low-cost performer. It's a basic phone with an easy to read display and push-button numbers.

Yes it is a great land line phone for my living room , it also has a speakerphone ,i had a hard time to fine this on a land line phone!!

The quality of calls coming thru are not clear. The headset(s) that I have purchase do not fit snug in the jack. I need it for working from home on the phone.

Buttons large enough for those who have challenged eye sight.

After 7 different managers and technicians from AT & T UVerse, they figured out that the phone was not compatible with ATT and Vonage. There was a hum in the background of every call. Furthermore, even though it says ATT and on the phone and box, they said they don't manufacture this product. Instead, I am using a commercial grade phone byAAstra and there is no problem. This took months and tons of time to resolve this problem. I returned this phone before the 30 day return policy.

This was the only option for use by an elderly lady in a nursing home. The first one lasted for less than two years. Because I had purchased a 2 year Geek Squad warranty, when it broke, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad, and the representative immediately replaced the broken phone with exactly the same model. Definitely worth the price of the warranty.
