    This phone has served us very well. It was purchased for an older person. We were looking for a phone with large buttons. The other good thing this phone has is speed dial buttons. We programmed in the numbers used most often for family members and now all that needs to be done is lift receiver and push one button. A very good purchase. It has worked very well since we have purchased it.

    Did not need 2 lines but Best Buy has absolutely NO options for a phone with ANSWERING and CALLER ID. Had to take the only option available for a CORDED phone.

    Volume is too low so when I get lot of calls I end up switching over to speaker and that is much louder.....wished it had higher volume settings....other than that I really like this phone.
