I purchased this telephone cause of its convenient options. Everything has been working fine, it has been very useful for a 72 years old who these days needs to be connected with everything in a very specific way. I will buy it again for sure and recommend the product to anyone lookin for a useful phone.

Takes some time to program, but worth it for elderly user. User does have some trouble getting the phone to hang up properly. Wall installation was not possible.

I got this phone for my Mom who is legally blind. Although she can't see, she can feel the 9 preset speed dial numbers that are easy to find on the phone. The best choice for her needs! Great quality too.

not that good. people cant hear you on speakerphone. the price is right though for getting a cheap phone with 2 lines.

Volume is loud enough. Like being able to program 18 numbers... my father is vision impaired and speed dialing is easier with this phone.

I cut off my home phone service, but still use Google voice. I wanted to get an inexpensive phone I could use with it and this does a great job. It also has a headphone jack which makes calling and talking easier.

so far so good. purchased this for my 97 year old aunt because she was having trouble navigating the standard flip phone.

The speaker on the phone is not audible the person on the other end can not hear me well ~ my voice keeps going in and out. I will always have to come off of speaker because the other party can not understand what I am saying they always say you are breaking up badly. Manufacture really needs to work on the speaker part Overall the phone is pretty good easy to set up, but would not recommend to my friends because of very poor quality speaker, everyone needs hand free when working.

This replaced a similar one which broke down after 7 years of office use - not bad for an inexpensive 2 line phone with it's features.

Being a two line phone, sometimes the lines get crossed and the phone goes silent.

This is a nice little office phone I use VOIP. Not many bells and whistles make it perfect for my needs.

Got for my home office and works well. Doesn’t come with a headset, but bought one separately and works great.

AWKWARD TO USE AT THE VERY LEAST...MESSAGE VOICE/INSTRUCTIONS TOO WORDY...NOT WORTH THE COST!!!

I’m starting a business and so I was very uncertain about the kind of line to use. Then a friend referred me to this. Glad I listened.

It was a little difficult to set up. But still it's a good corded lineline.

So far this is a good phone. My only complaint would be that the display does not light up.

Needed new phones for my office and found a great deal on them at BestBuy. Purchased them and had easy installation. Working great an so far so good.

I needed this phone to work from he. I placed an order , picked it up the same day. No contact. Pick up was awesome. Hassle free. Total satisfaction

Good for assistant living rooms, it has all the functions needed for senior living.
