Recently bought the AT&T corded phone with digital answering system. Love it! Can see the number being called as I push those large buttons. Also, don't have to hold the phone when it is put on Speaker to talk with others. Many other options.

This was exactly the phone we were looking for. A landline phone so if there's a power outage we can still use the phone with a built-in answering machine. Big keys and easy to use.

I purchased this machine for a friend who could not successfully use a cell phone. This machine is easy to use and numbers are large and the screen for incoming calls is very legible. My friends eye sight is poor but he could see the numbers. Cell phone was to small for his hand .I am happy with this purchase.

Needed to replace an old AT&T phone. This is a newer version. Display is great, you can read it much better than old one . Numbers are bigger too.

Phone is for a very senior person. It is easy to operate for failing eyesight with large buttons and indicating lights. Pleased with the purchase and it will not be lost like the cellphone it replaced due to being hard wired. Thanks for carrying this product.assi

Bought this for my 89 yr old mother. Her hearing is not good but she is able to hear very clear. Number are nice and big. Very easy to work speed dialed numbers.

Phone workers great, all functions work. Brightness is very good, volume works three ways. Like the fact if someone calls the face lights up, I’m hearing impaired. I’m 71, had no problem setting it up by myself. But I’m a tech. But easy to understand directions, for a layman. Just one draw back, if you don’t answer that handset, it registers the calls as “missed calls”. Love the phone, got it specifically for power outages, have hubby on hospice, need a working phone. Thank you very much.

This ATT corded phone covers all the bases. Corded, answering machie, caller ID. All the bells and whistles I need.

This is an excellent answering machine. Easy setup. Works very well with lots of features for a good price.

It is extremely easy to understand and use. The large screen, large numbers, and control buttons, aren't hidden in small type somewhere on the screen or control panel.

I needed a phone with a reliable answering machine. This phone fills the bill. The sound quality is excellent on calls and messages. The keys are large and easy to read. that being said some of the commands used for some of the features of the phone should be learned from the manual as they can't be figured out from the keyboard. I do feel this phone is a good value for the money and recommend it.

The phone is good. If you just need a simple phone, this works well. It actually has voicemail which is pretty awesome because it saves me money from the phone company. It has speed dial and speaker phone which seemed like a really good value for the price. The buttons seems stiff which isn't a huge deal. My main beef is that I want to use to plug in a wireless headset from work. Unfortunately, there is only one plugin for a handset so you have to have the handset off "the hook" in order to use a wireless headset. Still, it is pretty simple to use and has plenty of features for the price. It is a good buy.

Perfect for an older person. Large numbers on keypad. Very visible missed calls and messages. Easy to delete calls and messages.

I purchased this to replace another phone where the screen was basically unreadable. The AT&T CL4940 lights up when there is a call and shows the name and phone number in large black letters on an orange background. Exactly as pictured on the web-site and great for two-factor authentication for people without cell phones or who prefer to get phone messages instead of texts. Perfect for people with limited vision. The buttons are also oversized, and the numbers clearly marked. There is no hold button but there is the option to put it on speaker. The ring volume can be increased and I finally had to turn it down because it was so loud. I did not set up the voice mail because I don't need it

I have been very impressed with the ease and convenience of all the features of this phone. The last answering machine kept shutting off every few days or so because the plug would not stay in the electric wall outlet. This machine is easy to set up, it stays plugged in, has some nice features that other answering machines don't have and did not cost an arm and a leg.I would highly recommend it.

I bought this phone for my father-in-law who turned 96. He likes the phone because of the large numbers and is easy to use

Great Phone. Large numbers, large screen and easy to use. One drawback is the red light that is always on - prefer they used a blue light.

This combination phone/answering machine/caller ID is a great replacement for my previous phone/answering machine. Has more functions, is very easy to install and set up and needs no batteries. (My last phone did use batteries.) The giant keypad and display are bigger than I need but appreciated, It has a call screening function that is very useful but can be turned off. Been using it for over a month and I've been very satisfied with this product.

This is a nice phone -- the display is lit up and it is in large print so it's easy to read. The numbers on the pad are also large so they're easy to press. The quality of the phone line is also good -- you can clearly hear the person on the other end. A message light comes on and blinks when someone leaves a message. This is a great phone for seniors.
