I've not had the phones very long, but so far it has served us well. The phone I had previous would block calls and this one doesn't, but we like it alot! Would buy it again!!!

We have been thoroughly satisfied with the purchase of our AT&T phone system. We have had it for years now & have never experienced a problem. It has undoubtedly the best purchase we have ever made.

I am very pleased with this phone set and would recommend it to family and friends.

I have bought two of these and am very happy with them; especially the price. It isn't had to get set up and going. I am buying another set for my office.

They work very well and are lasting a longtime. Works just like when I 1st purchased

These phones are just okay for the sale price I got them for. I like to use the speaker phone option quite a bit, so I can do other things while on the phone. The volume is extremely low coming out of the speaker, unless I've missed something that I can crank up the sound louder.

I had purchased 2 other phones for my home and always had trouble with them not working correctly. This product was just what I needed. I love it. .

Love this phone set. Got it for a gift for an elderly couple so they could have handsets all over their house in case of emergency.

Tried a Motorola phone & did not like. returned and opted for this phone. Far superior.

Over all, I am satisfied with my purchase and will continue to shop at Best Buy for all of my home & office needs.

It is very inexpensive, but so so quality. Better to buy different brand.

Works for me. Interchangable with the last one we had from best buy so not a lot of set up

One of the hand sets did not work . In order to get replacement I would have had to send the entire thing back to the manufacturer for warranty. Since 3 of the 4 did work I decided to just use the 3 and forget about replacement for the non working one as it is too much of a hassle.

The voice caller ID is a big hit since you don't have to go look at the phone to see who is calling. With four handsets placed through out the house we don't have to run to get the phone. This system has a lot of features so if you want to custom set all the features you will have to spend a few mins doing the initial setup. If you dont what the custom setup the system is ready to go right out of the box. Works great with Voip system which is how I use this system but would work great with a reagular landline also.

Easy to use, enough extensions for the whole house, clear and concise receivers with built in answering machine...This system does it all...at a great price.

If you want or need 4 handsets in your house + an answering machine, this is a great cordless system to buy. I paid $73 on sale down from $100. A fair price and competitive w/ other brands like Uniden for the same thing. My deciding factor was price, not brand. DECT 6 gives you great clarity and range...even between upstairs and downstairs and outside in the garden. I like the added intercom feature between handsets - beats yelling up and down the stairs. Works well on speaker too. The answering machine is somewhat hard to hear though.
