I needed to replace my old cordless phone, and this one fits the bill. The sound is great, I love the backlit keys, and it has easy to use menu options. It's also great to find an expandable phone like this without a built in answering machine - something I didn't need because of voicemail.

This is a very good phone. Only needs one phone jack for all phones. Battery life is good, sound is good. Speaker phone works great

I got this phone system for use with my VOIP (Magic Jack) service. I needed a phone in my computer room, living room and my bedroom. It has all the features of most phones, like several different ring tones, phone directory, EQ to adjust the tone of the voice you hear and I could go on. It is a good phone system and has great battery life. I am very satisfied with them and I received them quickly from Best Buy.

I was looking for a phone without and answering machine and found this one, this is a replacement for my Simens phone that never failed on me and still working but needed one that had caller id large and easy enough to read. After buying this phone I found it was easy to setup and by setting one of the phones you setup all of the phones which I liked, sound quality is good though I don't get that HD quality logo because for me it didn't sound any different from another phone, funny thing the Dect 6.0 frequency actually allowed my television antenna to get a stronger reception since perhaps my Simens 2.4ghz was blocking some signals and added some channels on the tv. The only down side to this phone is the ringer which is not loud enough for me but I can live with it. The display has a whitish blue backlight which doesn't hurt your eyes in complete darkness and the numbers light up orange which make it easy to read. I very much like the speaker phone feature on the handset. This phone met my expectations and I'm happy with my purchase.

This phone has all the features you could ask for (minus voicemail, but I have that with the line). Maybe it's the fact that the phones are used on a VoIP system, but the sound is not great. That said, I'm not listening to music on them, just the occasional call from mom. Works fine for me.

Great value and great phone. The sound quality is the best we have had for a land line. There is little else to say, since we have had the phone only a few weeks.

We are very pleased with this product. It was very easy to install and use, no time spent setting anything up. It's pretty much plug and play.

Good phones for when I am in close proximity to the charger, but gets staticky if I go outside with them or into my garage. Volume a little quiet when talking.

Absolutely HORRIBLE sound quality. It has always sounded like everyone is talking through a kazoo. Thinking maybe I got a dud, I checked the other two bases, and both of them had the same horrible quality. I tried different sound modes, and adjusting the volume up and down. Nothing fixed it at all. Under no circumstances should you even think about buying this very poor product. From day one, it was terrible. The bad part for me was that I had no transportation to get back to Best Buy to return the product for a refund. Steer clear!!
