If you don't have access to the Internet then hotspot is the way to go ! All your worries and problems are gone .

This MiFi does an excellent job. It gets reception that is equal to my Exede satellite internet! It also has a touch screen that allows you to control the device. It is easy to set up. I did have a bit of a problem changing the security password for the MiFi to my own instead of the one assigned by the factory. I called the phone number included in the paperwork in order to obtain technical assistance and received EXCELLENT, efficient service. They solved my problem and I have had no further problems. I would recommend this MiFi very strongly.

The hotspot is easy to navigate and small enough to carry with you almost anywhere. You can also use it with ten items. I thought that it was expensive and really added to my phone bill.

It's a great device if you do not need to use the internet very much. I am having to use the internet a ton due to school work- so I am already 7 gb over my data usage. I am however very please with the customer service that I received from Best Buy- I don't remember her name, but she was very awesome and helpful. I am also very pleased with AT&T and their customer service and products. This would be a perfect device for me if I did not need to use so much internet.

The Liberate is a bit bulkier than other devises I've used however the performance is very reliable and the touch screen interface is a nice feature. It holds a charge for at least 5 hours of continuos use, which is the max for me. Nice product and service for the money.

Awesome this is the first time I had a device that worked to get online in my location since dial-up. I tried several others but the speed was so slow it was useless if I could connect at all. It's great to have the access at home. I Love it !!!

I love the LCD Display and fast response of my MIFI Liberator. Display is bright, clear and easy to operate and is perfect for my needs. I was also happily surprised to find the battery life to be longer than I anticipated. I am very happy with the Liberator.

This works well when I have no access to Internet Service but uses up my AT&T data plan more quickly than I like. If I had it to do over again I would not purchase this!! Not needed very often so a bit of a waste of my money.

I have had mine for about 1-1/2 months. So far, it has gotten great reception with no drops in my connection whatsoever and I use it in the rural areas. The only thing I can say negative about it is the data usage does not update properly. I had to call AT&T to ensure they would not charge me for overages as it was supposed to renew my data usage on the 15th and the device failed to recognize it. 2 weeks later, my data usage is stuck on the data that I used 4 days ago and has not updated to show correct usage yet again, so I have to contact them again to see how much usage I actually have left. Other than that, it is a great little device that is very easy to use and gets great reception. I would definitely recommend it!

Have enjoyed the fact that it is fast and reliable as I have so little time to check my messages. Can now do it within a few seconds instead of waiting so long as I did with my previous provider.

I purchased this to be a hot spot in my car for my new android radio. It works flawlessly for a hot spot. Always syncs up to my head unit no problem and keeps track of the data I use. It also has built in storage so it can be used as a extended flash drive but I have not used that feature. The only thing that bothers me is the battery life. I am a lite user. It is only used to stream Pandora and google maps for navigating in car usually. The hot spot left in my car fully charged will be dead in less than two days in standby mode. You would think that since it has no phone duties it would last at least as long as my phone in standby mode. I would leave it hooked up permanently to the usb charger but they told be it would destroy the battery within 6 months. So I to keep hooking it up to a charger every other day. Not as maintenance free as I would like.

My technical skills are limited but this is easy to setup and use. Simple menu items make it easy to find what is needed. Automatic acknowledgement of item accessing service is good feature to control use.

very fast 4G... works like a charm.. I got it for when my son comes over on the weekends and he loves it .. works perfect with his IPAD AIR 2..

Had an older model which was just that, a connection for WiFi. This model gives you so more than WiFi usage; there is also a GPS feature. Easy set up. I would definitely recommend this model.

Internet hotspot wifi any and every place your go. Security Internet. 10 devices setup. Simple instructions. GPS set up. U can add more memory. Good for a family at home all in one wifi hotspot.

The MIFI is very convenient for traveling and saves you a lot of money. You don't need to pay for Internet from your telephone or cable company anymore. It is included with your cell phone plan. Customer service is very helpful as well if you need help with your MIFI

This device works very well. We travel in a motorhome and it's really nice to be connected all the time. We can connect with our Samsung Galaxy S 4's, of course, and those have the ability to act as a hot spot, but this device is faster and easier to use. It's nice to be able to have a laptop open and connected, with it's much larger screen, as we look for different things to do in any area we might find ourselves.

I had trouble from start. Took it back to BestBuy 10 days after bought it, told them what it was doing, geeks reset it told me to try it. Did do better, but still have to take battery out to get it to come on sometime. Took it back to BestBuy 2 weeks after i first took it back , they said sorry had it to long. So if you buy one from BestBuy make sure you take it back to them in 15 days

Good connection for up to 5 devices. Worked great during our family reunion with multiple devices going on at the same time. The tech who sold us the device was great. Explained everything.

You are not supposed to leave this plugged in to a power source and the battery life runs down quickly. If the battery is dead you must wait a LONG time (for me it was over an hour!) for recharge to have enough life on it before you can start to use internet.
