Excellent device for camping.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this hotspot. When paired with the flat panel antenna, gets great reception for streaming even in the woods. *BE AWARE* If you plan on using this device on a 3rd party data reseller other then ATT, make sure you get the Geek Squad Warranty. Netgear will not replace this hotspot and with no ATT phone number neither will ATT. ATT sent a firmware upgrade over cell network, and it gricked the modem. No one will replace it. Also you will have some issues unlocking it should you decide to use another carrier other then ATT.(This pertains only to ATT branded Netgear nighthawk M1, MR1100 sold by BestBuy or other retailers)

Awesome hotspot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We used this as our main home Wi-Fi. It’s nice to be able to connect a device with an Ethernet instead of relying on Wi-Fi for every device.

excellent results
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased the Nighthawk to use as primary internet source in rural setting to replace slow Satellite service. I have good ATT cell service here and the hotspot gave me download speeds exceeding 1 gig on some occasions. I'm now averaging around 70 gig down/30 up instead of the 8-10 down/ 2-3 up I was getting from the Satellite. Make sure you find a good unlimited cell data plan and you'll be all set. House is around 2000 square feet and it covers it all great. Can't want to take it on a trip and take advantage of the "mobile" part of the unit. Excellent choice!!

Works Great!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The router was pretty good. It was our lifeline when we moved and satellite was our only other option. Satellite sucks btw. The major problem with is that there's no wireless plan that can deal with how people are using the internet nowadays. I use hundreds of gigs of data...the max plan you can get only goes up to 60gb/month last I checked. Once you get throttled, it can be pretty painful to surf the web.

Has its benefits, but not amazing for the price
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device promises a lot, but doesn't deliver as much. The only reason why I keep it is because of the LAN port, which allows me to easily connect to other routers and extenders to strengthen my signal. This hotspot looks cool, but there are other better hotspots you should consider. Some actually cost less.
