Customers admire the SMARTFLIP™ for its ease of use and large buttons, which are particularly helpful for seniors. While the price point is frequently praised, some users find the texting functionality and battery life to be less than satisfactory. The lack of clear instructions is also a recurring concern. Call quality has also received mixed reviews, with some users reporting issues with clarity and connectivity.

If this phone didn't have internet access it would be much better - keep it simple stupid. The internet access on this phone ids completely worthless. You also have to pay like $50 per moth for coverage with at&t - this is like $20 more $ than the old prepaid flip phones. I got a smart phone from verizon instead and I pay $ 35 a month for prepaid service.

A little confusing for a flip, keeps changing to prefilling when you are trying to add contacts, harder for anyone never mind an older person. Thought it would be easier for my 80 year old mother to use, had to change because her phone was 3G. They don't seem to make just a simple phone. Didn't try the camera yet.

I'm enjoying the new phone. With the help of AT&T technican all my contacts where ported over. Thanks Best Buy for your help. Even though it's for prepaid I was to put on my AT&T plan.

Perfect.....large push buttons. I don't like the format of I phones / Smart phones (with their tiny screen tap things,) so this phone is ideal for me. Has lots of features I don't even use,so that's okay. I like it just for basic phone calls and texting. Good enough for me.
