    I previously had a windows phone and it was a delight-now I bought an android and I cannot figure out how to use it-the icons are all different, I went to the store to have them set up the phone, and apparently they did not do it-I am not sure what to do next as I now own the phone (the restocking charge is more than I paid for the phone) had the monies transferred over to the new phone and transferred the telephone number--am so unhappy with the situation.

    Hard to figure out. Can find the keyboard. Can’t do sane thing to get keyboard. Can’t answer calls. Had to wait til ringing ended, then push that number to call back. I kept it because it’s now been too long to take back and i threw box away.
