I bought this phone 3 months ago & today it went out FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

I recently had my iPhone 6 Plus bumped into a pool and no one realized it for quite awhile. The phone no longer works and I needed to find a spare since I didn't want to get a new phone until the end of the year with the release of the next iPhone. I used a spare old Android that was functional, but just wasnt doing the job. I went to Best Buy and debated just upgrading to the iPhone 8 and when I explained my situation to an employee he recommended I buy this phone since I wouldn't be tied to a contract, and boy am I glad I did. It completely blows away my iPhone 6 Plus in terms of speed and I have no problem at all with the size. I love knowing I can just keep this around as a spare once I eventually upgrade to the next iPhone. I'd highly recommend this as the size and price are fantastic and it runs iOS 11 with plenty of speed.

It runs iOS 11 & iOS 12 pretty well. The phone has aged great for what's more or less ~3 year old technology in a ~2.5 year old phone with a 5 year old design used from the ol 2013 iPhone 5S! Got that?! There's some curtainy backlight bleed from the top at more extreme angles and personally took some getting used to jumping from Android to iOS. Otherwise, if you enjoy small phones, like performance, and want a little peace of mind knowing you didn't sink $1000 under some payment plan by some carrier and it's a $200 (or less) iPhone, get it. Slap a cheap case + glass screen protector and you're done. Apple covers it like any other phone. Wouldn't suggest AppleCare+ 2 year accidental plan because the cost almost makes for an entire second iPhone SE. Apple's standard 1 year coverage applies at the time of purchase with no additional charge.

I have avoided buying an iPhone for a long time (price, smug iPhone users) but this little gadget is a delight. Sensible price, great 12 megapixel camera, super fast when uploading to various selling platforms, beautiful bright screen... and iTunes is insane. I adore all of the impjis ( in my very own skin color!). It’s a sweet little phone for the price, and all I had to do was update the SIM card number in my att prepaid account to keep my number. Happy I bought this!

All the other iPhones are bigger and smoother than the now discontinued iPhone 5C/5S/SE line up. I replaced a 4 year old 5S. The SE is a tad faster, has a better camera and double the storage. If the small form is desirable, get one before they pipeline dries up.

I love the fact that it's more portable and fits nicely in my pocket. It was easy to set up and the activating it wasn't a hassle. Some people complain about the front camera due to it being only 1.2 MP, but I find that it's actually not all grainy as some claim. That wouldn't be a big deal regardless since I'm not a selfie kinda guy. The rear camera is a nice 12mp which is plenty to get nice snapshots when the mood arises. Overall, I feel that I got a great deal that is within my budget. SE may not have all the features you would expect from an iPhone 7 and up, but for the price, they did a great job in cramming the best parts in.

I do like the phone (iPhone SE) and the price was great... I really feel like I settled though.... as someone who only replaced previous phone due to regular lags n glitches (prior was 2yrs old, and great otherwise) I was looking forward to “upgrading” to a better phone, but I think I may have gone downhill or at least horizontal with this phone, but it was the only phone available for the 150 besides the phone I was replacing... the other phone, “original” was galaxyJ7, and at least with that I could insert additional 32gig memory card, obviously can’t with the iPhone, and that J7 camera is AMAZING... I would say OVERALL the iPhone SE is def worth buying if ur DEVOTED to Apple, if ur more android, or considering android, go for at least the galaxy J7 instead, similar cost, but more availability for other things.

The SE is the same size as the 5S, which means it fits. Fits in your pocket, fits in the dashboard holder too small for any phablet. Good speed, good camera.

This is a great Phone for the price! Compact size, great camera, good amount of storage and the battery last a long time!

I love it. Money wise, storage, size and it WORKS!! It fits on my pocket perfectly and it is fast.

When we needed to replace my husband's old iPhone 5, we wanted the same one that I have, an SE: not too big and as much as we needed in a phone. And new. We found this one available online at Best Buy, I easily ordered it and within days had it in hand. It was a better price than the refurbished ones I saw. Very pleased with this experience and will look to B.B. next time we are in need of electronics. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend anyone to get an iphone se because of the small size compared to all of the larger phone out now. The iPhone se has all of the features of the iPhone 6s, but in a smaller package. Also get the prepaid one will save you soo much money versus one of these to lease phone plans. I just put my old son car in the iPhone se and it worked perfectly on me regular att plan.

Recipient was already familiar with this phone and was happy to get it as a gift. Good camera. 5 stars for the phone, but not 100% thrilled with process of getting it. BIG snag in the purchase was the terrible time we had in getting the $45 air time. Initially we were told that upon purchase we would see it in account with an hour. After a week and several hours of time including a trip back to Best Buy and calls to ATT, FINALLY got the time. This should have been very easy and painless. Or Best Buy should drop the price $45 and skip the air time.

I needed to purchase my 7 y/o a phone and since she just had to have an iPhone, I got her this one. I sure wasn't about to buy her the newest iPhone due to her age but this phone couldn't be any more perfect for her in terms of size and performance. She's already an expert on how to use a iPhone because she always play on my iPhone and her iPad. I'd purchase again.

I am not a sophisticated phone user but I needed something faster than my old Samsung 4 Mini and it needed to fit in my pocket. There is pretty much nothing else out there with a 4.5" or below screen so I didn't have much of a choice. It all turned out really well. Speed is excellent, battery life is like nothing I have ever been used to (sooooo long lasting). Even without a contract (but locked to AT&T) the phone was $99 as long as I bought another $45 of AT&T credit (no problem, that is who I use). I am not a big fan of the cluttered interface and less info being available from your home screen (no weather, small time, etc) and I would like more spacing between apps--it feels very cluttered. But the transition from Android was mostly smooth (lost all my WhatsApp conversations but I'll recover) and I am moving along well. I would recommend doing research into transitioning each specific app you use regularly if you are moving operating systems so you do not have any unpleasant surprises. But the speed, capacity, and battery life of the phone are big winners. Overall, excellent phone for an excellent price.

If you're looking for an inexpensive phone with some excellent build quality and speed minus the size and anxiety of owning a really expensive smartphone, this is the one for you. After a couple of months of owning it, it's handled daily tasks as my main phone in 2018 admirably. Excellent battery life both in use and standby time.

I actually bought this to use on my regular plan and it works great! I wanted an SE and this was about the same price as refurbished so I decided to just go new. A great deal if you need an SE. I upgraded from a failing iPhone 3G but didn't want a large phone in my pocket. This is just the right size and works great

i bought this iphone 5se for my mother who is 94 years young, i purchased it because it was affordable, At&t prepaid, no contract. I did it this way to make sure she could use it, with out losing a bunch of money if she couldn't. Better phone than a flip phone easier for her to see. So far she is doing great with it.
