I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this phone and it gets great reception. I haven't had any dropped calls

I needed to upgrade the phone that I had for several years after trying unsuccessfully trying to add airtime minutes to my phone. A couple of my friends told me that it was time to move into the 21st century. I have downloaded 2 versions of the Bible on my phone as well as many games and I am in the process of downloading some music programs onto my phone as well. I also set up my voicemail because I will need it for work contacts in the future. This phone is awesome!

Much better than my last phone. Although not great battery life. I love that it has a fingerprint unlock. It is fabulous that the power button is on the back. My last phone, I kept accidentally hitting the power button and either shutting off the phone or turn off the screen

Voice sound is clear..screen sensitivity is good..takes nice picture's..keeps good reception in most area's.

It was bought for my grandmother because her iphone broke and this is a much simpler phone for her. She hasnt said anything so im guessing she likes it

I bought this phone for my girlfriend and she says its the easiest phone to use that she has owned.

This is a great starter phone for someone who is looking for efficient phone that's not complicated to use.

This purchase was an upgrade from the LG Phoenix 2. I had no problems/issues with the Phoenix 2 other than it didn't have the ability to add a memory card. The Phoenix Plus is working out well and I added a 128GB memory card. I really don't understand why anyone pays hundreds of dollars for a cell phone, but then again I may be one of the most frugal people you'd ever meet.

Thought I wanted a different phone. So glad I upgraded to this one. Great phone, easy to use.

graphics are nice, has many features. when viewing messages scrolls to diff location its own

Pretty much the same thing as a phoenix 4 just bigger screen. works great so far.

Bought this on sale cheaper at Best Buy then even at the big box store can’t go wrong with this phone for the price point.

The guys at the store were great help. I love the new phone. It is easy to use and learn the new system. Would recommend phone to anyone!

Great budget phone. Everything performs faster than my first android phone, the LG Phoenix 3, and I am overall satisfied with everything.

Cannot find my texts from Nokia Lumia 640 LTE Microsoft Windows smartphone, but think AT&T prepaid doesn't support forwarding them. Maybe thinking AT&T prepaid service isn't the best choice due to limited text capabilities. Otherwise, LG Phoenix Plus is working out for transitioning from Windows Microsoft to Android and Google platform.

I really like my new LG Phoenix Plus. It's very user friendly. What's really impressive, is the longer lasting battery.

Good phone for a child or elderly family member. Purchased for my dad.
