I had a ZTE Blade phone twice they are larger screen phone & it worked well till it quit. This phone doesn't do as much & it's smaller. Put the other phone back in the stores, not online to buy.

Good phone. I did return it because I am used to typing my text before entering my contacts. Some androids will give you an option, but not this one. The LG 4 gives you the option.

Affordable cell that does it all until it was dropped! Entire screen cracked; very little viewing possible. Next time I will purchase the same cell but with a case before leaving store.

I bought this phone to upgrade from my Phoenix 3 after owning a Phoenix 2 before that and never had a problem with any until the 3 battery life started to dwindle. I lost the Phoenix 2 and purchased the 3 last year so I got a good year out of the phone. Thanks to CaseMate for the amazing protective case with kickstand that I still have and wish I could have used for the PLUS but alas the PLUS is 5.3in vs. the 3 and 2 both at 5in. which is another reason I am glad I upgraded. I felt that maybe the hard drive or the processor may have started to lag as well in the phone. It's amazing to me that considering the wear and tear these tiny handheld computers take that they last as long as they do. So for the 69.99 I spent and got a year for with the 3 was well worth it and the 89.99 I just shelled out for this new PLUS edition of the Phoenix line is TOTALLY 100% worth the investment. The Google Assistant always works very well. The apps never lag. Downloads are super fast in WiFi zones. I dont need to mention the specs since they are listed above but all the numbers add up to me for what I put into this. Even though I had to purchase a whole new case for this one I'm still glad I went with Best Buy since they were the retailer that had the best price at this time for this model so I wanted to take the chance and go with what I know which is LG makes GREAT lower end Smart Phones. The Picture quality is really great too for such a bargain. I love the ease of use and functionality of the finger print sensor which is almost unheard of in a phone for less than $100. I also think the phone is well designed. It stays nicely put in ones hand. The Body Glove case I found specifically tailored for this phone is a perfect fit and also protects the finger Sensor/Lock/Power button and the camera lens in the back. I also noticed that with my last case it had a nice enough of a lip around the edges that protruded above the screen edge and if it was dropped on it's face the case edge would take most of the hit and not the glass. I am not sure with this case yet but I also intend to prevent any drops more than see if the case will perform as well as the last.. To sum it up and sorry for the long review you cannot beat this deal. This phone is great for every day texting. email. Browsing and even streaming anything. It has a good enough camera for regular photos and even has a lot of options and a few editing settings. I added my 32GB Sd card from my last phone for all my music and extra storage but If this one can handle up to 128 (which I am not exactly sure of sitting here writing this) Maybe later on I will swap it out.

From day one the screen time out feature hasn't work. No matter what time limit i set screen shuts off after 10 seconds. Took to local Best Buy store for help. After about 30 to 45 minutes the tech finally says he has it fixed. The next day I found out just hiw he dis this so called repair. He just down loaded an app that keeps screen on all the time unless I manually turn it off. He never said that's what he was going to do and never asked permission to do a down load. He just hid the app icon in a folder with several ither apps I dont normally use.

I have experience with the phoenix 3 and currently own both the phoenix 4 and plus.
The phone is smooth and easy to use. The only lag I came across so far, was with Google drive establishing new docs, presentation, excel becauss its cloud based. Using the Google suit apps individualy was smooth and in truth, its the same on the phoenix 4. The plus is slightly slower than the phoenix 4 at opening apps but, you wouldnt notice the difference unless you used both on a face off test. Videos and pictures are the same as the 4, its sharp or crisp. Call quality didnt get a upgrade from the predecessor 4, its still good, not very sharp but, clear and speaker is slightly lower and not as clear as the 4. As far as screen quality, its more on the soft clear warm side, to me its a downgrade, maybe to preserve BATTERY being that the screen is 3 cm more. Phoenix 4 is a even 5 and the screen is bright and vivid.
Youre paying 10.00 more than the Phoenix 4 for everything the 4 have with the inclusion of; NFC, FINGERPRINT SENSOR, *DTX SUROUND SOUND , 8.0 ANDROID ORIO (software upgrade for longer app use in the app market ), 500 MAH MORE OF BATTERY POWER and ACCESS TO THE 5.0 mhz WIFI (phoenix 4 only supported 2.4 mhz)
*The new souroundsound feature isnt Souround sound, its just a volume inhancer.
would recommend this device over all the other ATT prepaid devices because the others are just popular names offering less for the same price. However, if you have the phoenix 4 and don't need NFC, and maybe 2 hours more of BATTERY time than, wait for thr next one.

Inventory must not have been updated because they couldn't find the phone I came for. The salesperson got me a super deal on the Phoenix plus. I love everything about it except the battery on some occasions doesn't last all day. Tiny problem.

Bought this for my son to replace his broken one , he's very pleased with how fast he can download things and also likes the finger print security feature. This way he doesn't have to remember another password to unlock his phone.

Great phone for those of us not too into latest phone fad out there. The phone serves all its purposes. Would only like for it to have louder speaker.
