This is a great product in theory but it is sorely lacking in some areas. For one thing this gets extremely hot and could really use a built in cooling unit. Our unit lasted a week before I needed to contact Totaltech to come out and find out why things were not working properly. Now I am faced with waiting until this item can be ordered to get my home theater system back up and working properly. Hoping the next one functions properly.
