After successfully playing 3 records the Bluetooth failed & returned it for a Sony record player.

This thing skips in new records. I kept mine for about a month before I had to buy a better one. Do not buy this junk, record stores hate em as well, look at pic

I ordered this as a wedding gift and it never arrived. This third party company delivered it to the wrong address, and some stranger signed for it at an urgent care. This was very evident in delivery slip etc. despite the evidence and me making a police report, their response was well we "delivered it, sorry!", Very unethical, and also they kept me waiting for weeks and kept calling me by the wrong name, very unprofessional.

I bought this based on the 4.6+ stars it had. I was trying to avoid buying something 2 or 3 times the price just to play a birthday gift on vinyl I got. What a piece of junk! Cheap plastic feel, records seem to tilt a little and I can't trust the output as being a clear as I would expect. I'm going to return it and try to find something better for a similar price.

Plays great, sounds great, bluetooth works BUT... my favorite vinyl Guardians of the Galaxy vol 1. is 1/4" too big and won't turn on the plate. The arm is too close to the plate! This may be a vinyl issue but I am sure there are other players with more space between the plate and the arm.

I purchased this turntable and it was a bad experience. The turntable didn’t turn. I returned it to Best Buy and they refused to give me my money back and said I would have to purchase the same item. I did and the turntable didn’t turn. Believe me it’s a piece of junk. I’ll be fortunate if I get my money back from Best Buy for just one of the pieces of junk. Best Buy you should be ashamed.

I have to give this product a 1-star review to bring attention to the fact that the labeling on the product is misleading. This is NOT a Bluetooth stereo turntable and it cannot connect to more than one bluetooth speaker at a time. That may not be an issue in many cases and to many people but the packaging should be clear about what it is and what it is not. It can power two wired speakers in stereo but it cannot power two Bluetooth speakers with stereo sound despite the way that is implied in the product description. I googled this and asked a question in the BestBuy forum to confirm. The product will be exchanged for one that is verified to provide stereo sound to more than one Bluetooth speakers.

so I was really surprised when I opened the box and found that the turntable I purchased required some assembly. Part of the assembly was the drive belt. The instructions were only pictures that were very unclear. I watched a YouTube video and was able to attach everything but not correctly so I have been unable to use my recent purchase from Best Buy. I am hoping when I take it back to the store that will be able to give me some assistance.

I had this turntable for around two weeks and everything seemed fine. Then, the speed became too fast and voices sounded like chipmunks. Returned this and went with the same brand in a direct drive turntable. That one didn't work out, either. Ended up returning both of them and finally bought a Pioneer 500 DJ PLX turntable which has worked very well for me.

Just bought this and tried to connect to Sonos Move and Arc sound bar. Could not even see the Bluetooth connection on my iPhone. Tried going back through limited content provided with turntable, then same cycle with Sonos. Called in Geek Squad who ended up with the same issue. The experts even went Audio-Technica’s website to factory reset the turntable. No luck there either! Blue tooth on this turntable simply did not work. Am returning it for another brand. The Geek Squad has helped me set up my entire house and boathouse! This is it their fault! All of the reviews had this turntable as extremely positive.

Set it up and it sounds horribly static and is constantly skipping..... Looks like in need to return and once I do assuming it works next time I'll adjust my review.

Purchased this as a starter turntable gift for my son's birthday, as he's a huge music fan and has fallen for vinyl. Only a few months later, it won't ever stop spinning...have tried to troubleshoot online - apparently this is a common & known issue. Would not recommend purchasing this turntable.

Turntable made squeaking noise and did not spin at the proper speed. Returned it and received refund.

after a few months it started playing too fast, clean it, replaced the belt and tried to fix it using the screws on the bottom and nothing helped. feeling ripped off, would not recommend.

This Audio-Technica Bluetooth Turntable leads a customer to believe you can play records and listen to them on a bluetooth speaker. Well, it doesn't work well. The first shipped product would not amplify at all, though I could 'hear' something coming through the speaker, weakly. A second one was ordered and shipped to the store. It was assembled at the store and appeared to work with better amplification. After about a week of use, again, amplification was weak. I checked the speaker - it works fine via bluetooth via my phone and a direct connection from the turntable is STILL WEAK AMPLIFICATION. Product is sub-par and unacceptable. Will need to return again. DO NOT waste your time with this.

If you’re thinking about buying a decent turntable, spend an extra $50-$100 and get the Fluance RT81 or the LP120x. This model is pretty cheap plastic construction, the cartridge is a pain to put on/change, and the tonearm stopped working after 2 months. Complete waste of money in my opinion

I guess since the last time I purchased a turn table (70’s) things have TRULY changed. This is more for a child, then again maybe not. It’s so fragile, and feels like a feather compared to my TECHNICS turntable I purchased in my college days a very long time ago. I was really hoping that the quality would be better than it is. But no its not, it’s scary to handle. So I found a stylus and playing my old albums on my old turntable.

Unfortunately, we purchased two of these from Best Buy. The first one worked for about 6 months then started playing records slightly fast. We tried to adjust it and it only got worse. So we tried a second one (this purchase in December), and it didn't work within the first week we had it. On the second one, Best Buy gave us our money back. We didn't try to get our money back on the first one.

I have wanted this thing for years. I finally buy, get it hooked up & it sounded like a super quiet whisper from the sound bar. I tried everything, no one understood why it was doing what it was doing. So i returend it.

Broke after 5 months. Started playing at a higher pitch for a while then the needle just stopped working correctly so it's unusable. I apparently have to pay to ship it for them to repair.
