Lock/Unlock from the app worked most of the times 3. Notification worked most of the times 4. Auto Unlock worked Bad: 1. Did not work from my Apple Watch. The watch app was not able to detect the lock. Online troubleshooting and email to customer care did not help 2. Did not work from Apple home kit and with Siri commands 3. Auto Unlock worked only once, not at all consistent 4. Lost calibration time to time Overall I got a feeling that it is not reliable.

I had the second generation with a bridge no issues until the bridge stopped working 2 yrs later. The new 4 th generation has an internal WiFi and thought this is great but man I was totally wrong. The WiFi never worked and the Bluetooth worked but a delay of 30 secs to unlock or lock the door. 2 weeks phone/email with customer support is a JOKE very poor customer service
