    Impressive audio quality

Over the last several years, I have used a few mid-price range projectors, and my review here is based on comparisons with others in the same price and specification range, not high-end, expensive models. Honestly, when I look at the descriptions of projectors in this price range, I usually take them with a grain of salt and assume they’re filled with marketing jargon. For this projector, I expected the 1080p resolution to be similar to what I had seen before, the autofocus to be something I’d have to trigger manually in the settings, and the audio to be just loud enough to overcome fan noise. But I wasn’t quite right this time. The picture quality was about what I expected, clear and sharp, especially in a dark room. However, the autofocus feature genuinely surprised me. It truly is automatic. I accidentally realized this when I moved the projector around during setup and noticed that each time I repositioned it, the autofocus activated on its own to give me the best possible image. I appreciated this feature a lot since I don’t keep my projectors fixed in one place and usually move them around. That being said, these are not the main reasons I’m leaving this review. The feature that really impressed me was the audio quality. It was very loud, clear, and immersive, even at just 30% volume! With my other projectors, I normally turn the volume all the way up to drown out the fan noise or I connect them to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones. But with this one, I enjoyed it exactly as it was. Just connect to YouTube and play a Dolby video, you’ll love it. This projector also has other features that may be new or appealing to some users: it’s lightweight, comes with Google TV, supports Bluetooth devices, and includes USB and HDMI inputs. Regarding zoom, it does not go beyond 100%, which I personally think is totally fine. I wasn’t very successful in adjusting the color settings, but that’s not a deal breaker for me; projectors in this category typically don’t offer advanced picture customization like TVs do, and this one already looked good out of the box. If you enjoy an 80-inch or larger screen and value the portability of projectors, I highly recommend this one.

This projector has been great! The set-up was very straightforward - pretty much remove from the box and plug it in with minimal prompts. The remote does not come with batteries, so you will need those to complete the set up. The autocorrect for Zoom and Keystone worked immediately and seem to be much better than other similar projectors I’ve tried in the past. However, it is important to have the projector settled into the spot you want before turning it on. If you move it while it's autocorrecting, you’ll have to restart the projector as the projection will remain skewed regardless of what you do. The sound was a key feature for us - it's clear/high quality and the volume rises to a sufficient level for a larger room. Having the Google TV built in also makes this projector worth it, especially given how easy the set up was and being able to navigate between different users with their own preferences and settings. We hooked up a gaming system as well and seemed to have no issues with screen clarity or lag. The Bluetooth capability was also a nice feature. It was easy to connect headphones and still get the immersive sound quality.
