I wasted much time trying to make this product work. Poor support if you have a problem. Also had to eat the cost in that Best Buy refers all problems and refund requests to the seller. Gave it a two in that when it works as advertised, it is fine. If it does not perform as advertised, my advice is to just kiss off your cost and eat the loss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The software was easy to use on my old laptop and I felt that I was able to get off all important information from my old laptop
