This was a replacement unit. We can actually run it and it doesn't drown out the tv as the old one did. Very easy install I didn't need the kit, I just unhooked the old one and put the new one in place. Some things that stand out. It really doesn't look like it will hold a lot of dishes when you first open it but if you are used to an 18" washer then it's totally fine. It does a great job washing but the times are where it gets weird. The Rapid wash cycle will not dry and it takes one hour to complete. If you want the dishes dry then you should select Normal and that will take two hours and thirty minutes but everything that's not plastic should be dry. Overall I'm really happy with the model. I was not familiar with the brand I just bought what my budget would allow and it's been great.

This arrived missing some of the obvious packaging like Styrofoam blocks. The inside and hose was wet and had leftover dishwasher powder residue inside. When we called to ask customer service about this, as it was bought as NEW not refurbished we were told it was from factory testing. After installing my husband could not get it work and when he took the back off to check fuses etc, there was one that was damaged and not even connecting to the unit. Best buy did refund us, but we will not go with anything else from this brand.

Love this. It's just the right size for me and it works great. Very quiet, and does a nice job on the dishes.

bought this dishwasher for a Lake Cabin and only used it two times before it just quit working in mid cycle. It just stopped and won't do anything.
