I still cannot get it to download to my computer and purchased this item a while ago. The link does not work, I called geek squad with a few questions they said they would call me back but never did. Very disappointed in Best Buy and how this is being handled. I was told also it cannot he returned. What do I do now? Just wasted my money on a program that the link does not work.

I bought this because it was cheap, since I am in college. I totally regretted it. It comes with many Ad's telling you to pay for their subscription to speed up your computer. Every time you run a scan on your computer to check for virus, etc. It will tell you, you have vulnerable software and to fix it you must pay their monthly subscription. I totally think you should just spend the few extra dollars and get a different antivirus that just does the job and isn't constantly trying to sell you things.
