Haven't seen it since it first came out but re-watched it together with my kids who had never seen it. Great film, loved the disc that was edited for family content.

This is a great movie. I loved the colors and action. The story was very good and it challenged the senses. The acting and casting was great. I watched it several times and will watch it more.

What more can be said. This movie does an excellent job with the 3D effects. I am not a fan of some studios with the over the top 3D images just due to the fact they can.

I just bought a new SUHD TV on black Friday last year and wanted a movie that really would show what it could do. This movie did this and it's a fantastic movie on top of it.

Avatar is an excellent film alongside the extended edition with the tons of behind the scenes. The blu Ray puts the icing on the experience you receive while viewing the film.

This is one of the only times in which extended editions have been so good I wish the it was out on the movie theaters like this.

I was never really interested in seeing this movie. then someone really recommended it. so I did see and thought it was a great movie. I can't believe that I waited so long.

If you haven't seen this in 3D it's a must. Stunning effects even on the small screen. Have a Samsung 3D tv and polk audio surround sound. Felt like I was there. Recommend for any 3D library.

Besides the beauty of the film itself, demonstrating how being in the shoes , in this case the body, of someone else may just enlighten one to the others beauty.

The visual effects only drew me to this movie. Loved the cast.

Watched this movie at least 3 times with Blue Ray. Purchased the 3D when it was on sale at Best Buy because we loved the movie. WOW! What an incredible difference. Worth every cent.

Found this movie on sale and had been waiting for a deal to finally get the 3D version. The special effects are great and very vivid colors. Happy to find it to add to our collection.

This was my first 3D movie purchased ever. I played it on my new 55" LG OLED and it was fantastic. Story was great, colors excellent and depth of 3D was so much fun to watch.

This is a remarkable movie, with stunning visual and sound effects. Also has a very good story line and characters. Would highly recommend. I cannot wait for a sequel to come out.

Awesome movie, bought for a Christmas gift for myself!

This movie needs no review but I will say that James Cameron is way ahead of his time. It will be a long time till someone can surpass the visual brilliance of this film.

I wanted this extended verion for a very long time. I finally caught it on sale and used my reward to purchase. Thumbs up for the extended version!!!!!

The 3D visuals were pretty good but the movie as a whole was very short on plot besides Sandra getting bounced around & getting back to planet earth. I have to ask; "Why wasn't she black & blue after getting banged around like that?" Movie was a great price on sale! Also included a reg DVD & a Blue Ray Disc, a bonus as I wasn't expecting anything but a 3D disc.

This is the first 3D movie we have watched at home. It was thoroughly engaging. it is a very long movie, however at no point did we want to fast forward or take a break. Magnificent!

Great movie to show for an environmental science class.
