With gas at an all time high, I decided to replace my vehicle with this ebike and I am not disappointed that I did! Assembly was easy with good directions online from the manufacturer. Once assembled, it ran without issue. One thing of note, if you want speeds over the factory default of 20mph, you'll need the app and to convert from mph to kph as the app didn't seem to have a setting to change the units. Hardly an issue with google to convert it for you. Happy trails!!!

It’s so fun to ride for exercise and leisure…I’m 5’5”, I got the s/m size , it fits me Perfect and allows me to strand flat footed on the ground when I stop..The brakes, gears and battery are easy to use. I did upgrade the seat and added the back rack…

Aventon bike

Which is upsetting since my wife really liked it. The bike ran well except it made a lot of noise when it ran. And the battery did not hold a charge as long as it said it would which was 45 miles. The battery only lasted in about the 10 to 15 mile range before it bagan to need a charge. We tried to replace it but the step through model is no longer available. So sad...

Posted .Thanks for your purchase, John! We recommend reseating the battery cover. To do so, unscrew the small screw located by the charging port and then slide down until the cover is completely off. You may hit a ridge when trying to remove so use a credit card or hard stock paper to help get the cover over the ridge. If you need assistance, please give us a call at 866-300-3311 M-F 9-4 PM, PST.

Love the bike

The only issue that we have is the button to turn the battery on and off with. It doesn't operate correctly every time it is pushed

Good, with one exception

It won’t turn on

Fun ride!

It goes plenty fast and is pretty easy to get the hang of it. I have not ridden it for more than about two miles before charging so I can’t really say how the battery life is on a longer journey.
