  • Great, but Squuuuuueeeeakkkkkkkk!

    So far the bike's electric components work quite well and overall I am happy. It makes my commute to work much faster and easier. One big issue I am having is that the brakes make a tremendous amount of noise. I've taken it to a local bike shop (per Aventon support's advice) but they were unable to solve the problem. I really wish Best Buy carried the matching fenders for this bike, since Aventon does not ship to Hawaii. It's a great looking bike and I've been getting compliments.

    My first eBike and it's quite a machine. This is the older model now, a new one has come out and has some great new features such as; torque sensor (vs older cadence sensor), blinkers and more. Overall I am happy with this purchase and it's a solid bike. It does have some quality control issues. The brakes were not calibrated properly out of the box, Aventon agreed to pay for a brake service. It's made in China so there are quality control issues prevalent with items made there. Wait until there is a sale, do not buy full price. Aventon also has sales all the time.

    great bike for the price, I've had this for less than two weeks and already hitting over 100 miles

    Love this bike, love the assist for hills and love the color. Was very easy to put together, I did add a different seat and mirrors
