    Got two of the three licenses to download without a problem (third one not used, yet). Was taken back when the scan ran and it couldn't fix a problem file it found. I was directed to UPGRADE the virus protection I bought (at an additional cost, of course). NOT HAPPY! Both computers have been fine and no other flags have popped up and asked me upgrade. Was also prompted for another product to improve my performance (only once).

    I installed this program onto my computer and my tool bar and start menu disappeared. I went to the help option on the program and it had that as a listed problem. In order to solve this problem, the program asked me to pay to upgrade this program so that my computer could go back to functioning. I uninstalled the program, and the computer went back to working normal.

    Probably the strongest selling point for AVG is the easy to understand Menu. The Menu Launcher is easy to access and is very simple for anyone to understand.

    three weeks after I bought & installed avg my laptop locked up. found out I had a virus cost 200.00 to remove and download a new program I would not recommend !!
