Love AVG, but this digital buy was a complete bust

So when a 3 device 1 year digital license was available on deal of the day, I jumped at the chance to save the $ and avoid waiting for shipping. What a horrible experience. The download link has been broken for several days. The activation key is not recognized by AVG itself, so I can't download the software elsewhere and activate. Losing the $10 on the purchase is one thing, but I've already burned an additional 3 hours trying to get this to work and now have a 60 person wait in line to try to get Best Buy to fix the problem. That will probably be another few hours of attempts to get the process to work and then another few hours to try and get a refund. Even if they get it working, the savings aren't worth the lost time. The product may be good, but the digital purchase experience is a complete dud.

Hard to download

Still Can't Install!!

Digital download never worked!
