I hope you give me this five stars because I got it at a great deal digital download through Best Buy, and it has been the most thorough software program I’ve used in cleaning up system junk, old backups/restore points.

I have been using TuneUp Utilities for a least fifteen years. Long before AVG took over. AVG has continued the high quality of the product. The only thing lacking between the old and new is the ability to change the lock screen images. It doesn't really matter since Windows 10 has the capability. Windows 7 did not(that I know of).

It does a good job at helping my PC be more balanced with deleting Broken Reg Keys & Short Cuts, from removed Programs, and such, helping my system to run smoother.

Never got the item. Apparently making a Digital Purchase from Best Buy and paying for it means nothing. Saw it show up in my "digital library" almost immediately. But Couldn't download purchase from digital library because the download link produced a 404 style error page. Finally went through Geek Squad that sent me up a different internal response path. That still took several levels of being kicked up to ever higher internal level. Was finally told after several weeks of trying to download the item that Best Buy had CANCELED the original purchase and I could not repurchase it at the sale price.

Directions are crap I wish I could have gotten my money back

I will never buy a tune up program again, it is a big waste of money and has a mind of it's own. I lost my office suite program because it updated to a newer version which I did not own so could open none of the data. It changed all the files to the new version and you can't rename back to an older version. I had the disks I had bought but reinstalling did not get me my files back. It wiped out my older version of my email program by doing the same thing so I lost all of my emails and contacts. Was a real mess and still do not know the whole extent of the damage. Has taken hours to get back up to speed.

Could not get download to work. Then had to spend hours on the phone jumping through hoops to get a refund. There was no information on the web page to contact anyone or a phone number for help. The process was painful and time consuming. You really need to correct this issue. I will not be purchasing any more downloads items from your company.

Got a great deal on this digital download...but not really. Cannot get this to download. Called for support. Sent me a link. Not helpful. How do you return a digital download? I feel like this is money I 'donated' to Best Buy and got nothing in return.

It will not open. The fix does not work. I am about to throw out computers from my life all together because I do not TRUST anyone to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
