Since the projector technology was new to me I researched many brands and was completely happy with the ease of installation of AWOL. This is the perfect choice to build a true home theatre.

Im glad i pull the trigger on purchasing both the projector and rising screen from awol after watching all the review and comparison with other brand projector i narrow it down to awol. The color is vibrant and the brightness you cant beat its a bargain to get 120 for fraction if what reg tv would be. I would highly recommend awol product. I also purchased the motorized to build my cabinet ao it retract with the rising screen for more stealth and make my living room more modern. The kids live the projectors ao no more going to the theater when we have it at home

Amazing picture quality - brighter than expected. Don’t even have a scree yet and works in a room with some light even on a wall. Using it as 150” movie theater at home. Even the speaker works well until Inset up my full system. Highly recommend

in my opinon the 3000 model is perfectly fine. gives a great picture with lights on as long as you are using a ALR screen. blows away my previous Optoma P2 with on all tiers except the sound quality of the built in soundbar.

Great projector - impeccable and clean picture with great UHD / 4K resolution. Good features and good support from AWOL. Comes with Fire TV stick to access Netflix, Prime Video or any other streamer.

AWOL 3000 projector has blown my expectations it’s most beautiful biggest picture I ever seen in my living room iam so happy I bought this awol 3000 instead off a tv it’s the future off televisions thanks awol

This device is super easy to set up. It also comes with the Amazon fire Stick easy to set up as well. The display is magnificent even on the first look when I projected it on a wall. I'm waiting to set up a ALR projection screen 120 in to see how it works. From what I read it's going to be even better. The audio is pretty good as well for a native projector. In any case, most of the time you'll be needing a home theater system. I got Sonos and it blew my mind pairing the both. I'm happy with the purchase as of now. Will have to wait and see how it will last. Given that it's a laser projection instead of a bulb, I would presume it would last for a longer duration. Only important thing to note is to set up a TV stand or console to find the right one is a hassle; for that matter it is tough for any other ultra short-throw projector.

The picture is amazing! The reviews are spot on. Comes with speakers that work well, but definitely adding the wireless surround sound to complete my package. Syncs well with my retractable screen.

Focus is good which is why I went with this over the Epson 800 which has terrible image focus. Color accuracy is not good out of the box but with some tweaking and calibration it gets much better. Sound is terrible and there are sync issues but using a receiver and external speakers fix this issue. Brightness is acceptable with an ALR screen. I think it is a good value especially when compared to the price of the 3500. No 3D glasses with this but they can be purchased.

Short answer, NO! Love it! Super fast refresh rate for gaming with zero lag or judder. Takes the cinematic experience to another level. Only thing im missing is thr floor rising screen. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy a high-end projector!
