Dont buy open box from Best Buy ... they dont chec

They sold this as an open box but it had been used and altered. Altered meaning it was obvious that the harness had been installed and cut out. So it probably took me twice as long because some of the wores were too short to work with. i went ahead and made it work because i was in the middle.of an install but i got "0" response from customer sevice.. so call me customer service... i know you wont
..shame on u best buy...SHAME ON YOU!!!
