    The heater has not worked properly post purchase and unfortunately, I purchased two. Best Buy has declined support for repair.

    Great heat lamp and like the tray design around the pole. Just need to tie it up or weight it down of strong winds. Mine got blown over once and control module damaged so had to get rid of it.

    One came damaged but I'm only going to write about the good one because it is fantastic. It provides some pretty good heat, would be great for a patio area, I live on the side of a mountain and put them on the deck, even then they manage to give off some heat. They look really nice and were easy to put together. Would buy again.

    Absolutely a horrible purchase, The unit was delivered, I assembled it and it leaked propane badly. Called Pacific Sales, they sent another, and they assembled it and it leaked too. I told them to take both leaking patio heaters back and give me a full refund. The product is junk. Pacific Sales gave me a full refund. Thank you.

    I love this product this is my second purchase because the other one after five years broke. This is a item you can use all year long and you can leave outside just cover it.

    Very nice. Produces great heat. The little table in the middle is a chore to try to get level, but that's minor detail.

    Love using the heat lamp, However it is very hard to light and every time i go to light it i have to use a lighter because the built in clicker does not work

    I wasn't a very big fan of the color and the package came damaged. Had two dents on it. I was forced to return it because they wouldn't give much credit to keep the damaged item.
