Excellent my kids loved it, I personally enjoyed never seen the film entirely is very nice.

As a Disney fan I needed to just collect the classics. For years I missed out on the other previous Disney Blu-ray releases but with the new Signature Collection it was another chance! Yes, unfortunately Disney films rarely ever go down in price unless you're looking at the not-so-big films. For newer releases you're looking at a price of at least $24.99 or $19.99 if you're lucky. Though its well worth it! Film is a classic, still holds up and still impacts like it always has. Picture and Sound quality is the best its ever been and the features have been plentiful. A must own!

Beautiful movie that looks great on this blu-ray version. The type of handmade animation is looking better and better considering that they don’t make movies like this anymore. The story is very popular and there are numerous movies that came after “Bambi” that tried to used the emotional punch that the Disney movie did decades ago. If you love animation, there is no doubt this movie has to be in your collection

These are timeless cultural generational gems that should be shared and passed on to our kids. As nostalgic as they are for myself in watching these as a child, my children also enjoy them... somewhat. Now a days, cartoons and movies are so bright, colorful, loud, and fast-paced, that I find my kids getting bored watching these movies, but I still expose them to the classic Disney flix.

I have to admit I never saw the movie. I bought it for my close friends little daughter and I had it directly shipped to her. But what I can say is I was sent a video of her watching it and she was beaming with happiness. So as far as I’m concerned it’s worth all five stars. If you need a movie I recommend you buy yours at BestBuy.

I picked up this Disney Classic for under $10 to play in the mini-van Entertainment System. I play it when taking the kids to school. It is my way to exposing them to Classic Disney, as the car movies always seem to capture their attention. Otherwise I would not find them watching Bambi in their own time at home.

If you haven't seen this Disney classic, you're probably living under a rock. It's essentially a tale about growing up and perseverance in the face of adversity told through the lens of a young buck named Bambi. In terms of the transfer, this blu-ray disc is actually the same transfer as the Diamond Edition from a few years back. Short of any possible future 4k UHD release, this is still the best this movie could ever look on home video. This 1080p disc extracts every last nuance of hand-brushed detail that the 1080p blu-ray format can muster. The colors are vibrant, yet natural. Detail is pristine and is only limited by the sometimes intentionally soft look of certain scenes. If you have a 4k TV, the upscaled image is a real treat. The available Disneyview panels that fill the ugly 4:3 ratio vertical black bars are super-tasteful and are perfectly matched to their respective scenes. As for the sound, the 7.1 DTS-HDMA is surprisingly full and engaging, especially considering its age. Bass is quite solid and the rear channels are quite active, with considerably more left/right and rear channel activity than Pinocchio or Snow White which are much more center-channel-heavy tracks (understandable considering they were from 1937 and 1939, respectively. Fantasia - also from '39 - of course had it's very own special 'surround sound' process). If you didn't pick this up when it was first released on blu-ray a few years back, you owe it to yourself to do so right now!

I picked this Blue-ray/ DVD combo up for my daughter for her birthday. It is a great older classic on new technology for us both to watch and enjoy. The scenes are colorful and we enjoyed watching it.

Bambi is an ultimate Disney film and it looks gorgeous on blu-ray. The colors just pop off the screen from this classic animated film. The extras are fun and enlightening, definitely worth a watch.

If you don't have this in your video library you need to. A sad moment but a wonderful classic. And one of my favorite movie lines - "if you can't say something nice....Don't say anything at all."

True there is a a very sad scene to this movie but it still a classic Disney film. The music to this movie is amazing and of course Thumper is still my favorite after all these years of watching this movie.

This is one of Disney’s best efforts, when they still made movies that innocent children could watch without modern social propaganda being shoveled down their throats. A must watch!!

We actually have a vhs version of the film don’t know why we took so long to buy it on dvd, looks fantastic. We really love Disney classics and glad we picked this one to replace our old version.

I love the flexibility of using this DVD/BLU-RAY on so many devices with also Movies Anywhere codes. When you can get these Disney Movies on Best Buy Deals, I would highly recommend!

I purchased Bambi for my little ones and it delivered. They were engaged throughout the movie. I was a little let down with the quality of the picture as I guess I have gotten so used to the quality of the newer Disney movies. However, it was still artistically beautiful and considering when it was created it looks good. For me the icing on the cake is that i got the digital copy as well.

I haven't see the Bambi for past 7 years from VHS and purchased Blu-ray to flesh my memory. Wow, this movie is so beautiful seeing in the Blu-ray, I am glad I purchased this.

I hadn't seen it in 25 years probably but it was on sale so well worth it. Didnt remember much except the end of the movie so it was just like seeing it for the first time.

The Blu-ray version makes this movie look wonderful. It is an older movie of course but definitely still holds up. My kids have never seen it before and really loved it!

Bambi will never cease to amaze me. It is a classic that every person should watch once in their life. Please buy this if you have little ones, they will love this movie.
