I ordered this on December 19th and I had gotten a confirmation it would be ready for pick up on Saturday, the 23rd. I kept getting emails and text messages saying it was delayed. My brother went to the store and told him it was out of stock. I called to complain and they said they would transfer the call to another department and hung up on me. Terrible customer service skills!!!

I had to order this doll three times because the box came damaged twice and the third time they had to re deliver it again at my home address. I will not order and toys that are collectible because Best Buy does not know how to send items in mint condition.
