I really love this movie. Like I said the concept is bland, what with cultural appropriation and all, but overall it’s a great action animation. I’m the future I’d like to see them make an Asian Batman of were going with this theme.

The film revolves around Batman and his rogues being sent to feudal Japan, fighting for dominance, and learning to adapt without the luxuries of modern times. The animation and voice acting are great, technical performance is great with crystal clear sound and picture, and the steel book is going to sit in my Bat-collection as soon as I make space!

I found this version of the Batman series of cartoons VERY intriguing! It had a very fascinating story line and a nice twist to the characters that made it fun to watch! I just bought the BluRay for better quality. I also actually didn't know about this movie until a friend suggested it to me.

Batman is so malleable he can go from Adam West to Christian Bale, but prepare for Batman in Feudal Japan with giant Gundam style robots. If you like weird you’ll like this movie.

This is most definitely not your normal Batman film, but if you're open to different interpretations of the hero, this is totally worth it, especially since the animation style is some of the most gorgeous I've ever seen.

The characters were interestingly integrated to "traditional" japanese anime ideas however the animation itself was kinda weird to me. Interesting enough at $10 bucks when i bought it but not sure about much past that.

This was a great animated movie involving something different with Batman in feudal Japan as a ninja. It was nice to see other characters in this film in thier samurai/ ninja form. I enjoyed this movie more with the Japanese voice. I definitely recommend this movie, it was great. I got the Steelbook edition which came with a cool poster.

The animation is quite beautiful, but the story is all over the place - which is about par for anime, and this is definitely anime. If you can take a wacky view of Batman, give it a chance for the animation alone.

I wanted to like this but it’s just waaaay too out there for a Batman movie... the English dub is awful, if your going to watch this I would suggest using the second English subtitles with the Japanese dub.

Really cool character design and style of animation. The story was pretty interesting itself as well. Being that I got it on a discount, I am happy with the purchase.

I loved this movie from start to finish and can understand why many others may not like this version of Flackman. I'll admit there is a point in the middle where it kinda drags a bit and they could've left it out and the ending they went a little too overboard as well. No spoilers here.

The animation is great, I am not sure that if having a blue ray was necessary. You can watch it on streaming services, or maybe not, but I would get it if it's on sale.

Animation is terrific and acting is first-rate for English or Japanese. The action is a bit frantic near the end and it may get too anime mecha bizarre for some people's liking, but it certainly is never boring!

This is a great movie if you like anime, but if you are simply a DC expecting something different, you may want to look elsewhere. Story is non-coherent, action is over the top, animation changes throughout are jarring. Picture and sound are fantastic and lets the amazing animation shine. It’s great if you love anime, however I do not and am simply a Batman fan who liked the idea of something unique. It wasn’t a movie for me but anime fans should get enjoyment out of it.

If you're looking for superhero ridiculousness, you've got it by the truckload here, mashing up samurai and sentai genres with assorted anime tropes with eye-popping 3D animation.

I loved Gaslight and thought this would be similar. You know Batman in a different time. It was just a mash-up of different types of anime Batman themed set in ancient Japan. Not enjoyable at all

This is not your usual Batman story. Instead of the traditional American animation style, this is done in the style of Japanese anime. It features Batman and the Bat family taking on the Joker as well as other Batman villains in Feudal Japan. Certainly something different for Batman fans to experience.

I am a fan of pretty much all of the DC animated Batman movies and this one is no exception. Definitely a different take on what we are use to from the caped crusader but a fun time nonetheless.

I wanted to like this movie, I mean Batman and Ninjas, what could go wrong? This movie is so out there, no real story line and is too ridiculous even for an animated movie.
