This is a great story but it required me to buy another movie for the nephew to understand it. That was not a major problem but when you are ready to watch a movie and he starts asking all these questions it would have been nice to have some part on display that would have a ---continuing the adventure from or ----from the tales of ---

This is mostly an animated version of the Court of Owls series. Although they did change some things to fit Damian into the story. In the comics Nightwing (Dick Grayson) plays a bigger role, they substituted Damian into may of these roles. Overall it was done well, not my favorite Batman Animated movie but it is worth a watch.

A decent Batman flick. Not my favorite but it was good

I'll admit I do not like Damian Wayne. But I have loved Batman for a very long time, clear back to to when Damian was conceived in a wonderful graphic novel a few decades ago. Both Son of Batman and Batman and Robin are thoroughly enjoyable films; and the special edition from Best Buy made it even better.

This movie is definitely two steps up from that horrible Son Of Batman fiasco. I won't get too much into detail (I hate reviews that give away the entire plot), but if you enjoyed Under The Red Hood you'll absolutely love this film as well. The action, voice acting, and story were all on point.

Watched this as it continues after "Son of Batman", focuses on the relationship between Bruce and Damien. The Court of Owls are brought into the story as Damien has a choice to make after meeting up with another vigilante in Gotham City. Highly recommended for those fans of Batman.

with Dick Grayson grown up, Batman gets a new apprentice. this Robin is suppose to be his son. and like most kids, he has an attitude toward his father. and of course, never listens to orders or instructions. the movie has got some great action even though Batman is getting older.

Young Damian Wayne is continuing as Robin number 3. He has gotten better at not killing his opponents. But one such as Talon has a much more interesting plans for Young Master Wayne. And Damian must choose between staying at the side of his father. Or, join Talon with The Court of Owls.

This picks up with a new thread on Batman's son, Damian. Well thought, great character depth, and introduction of a new and different kind of threat to Gotham, the Court of Owls. Doesn't need "Son of Batman" to make sense - but it helps with the dynamic between Bruce and Damian.

I have been collecting comic books for 27 years and have been enjoying DC's animated features. I will say, however, that I was surprised at the level that this movie was on. It is definitely not the type of cartoon that I grew up watching. However, it was a good story that was well-told.

Very action packed and attention grabbing. A mix of "A court of Owls" and "Batman and Son". I would have appreciated it more if they had stuck to one of the stories rather than merging the two but the movie kept my attention and seemed to fly by despite its 80 min run time.

Being a comic book geek for years now and a huge fan of Batman TAS and the JL series, I am always picking up these straight to DVD (Blu-Ray) DCU movies. I will say if you are the same level of fan as I am, you need to see this movie. DCU has not really disappointed me so far.

This movie was action packed and I enjoyed the storyline. It does have some language and violence that may be a bit much for younger kids.

It result easy to see a difference between marvel and DC.in special in animated movies. Batman vs Robin when I heard the title, I was not have an idea what to expect . The main reason is because I am not a comic reader, but this movie is great even fr those like me.

Robin learn that his choices DO HAVE consequences as he grows from a kid to a young crime fighter. Batman tries to guide him but Robin has and does learn that his choices do effect those around him. Good animation that you expect from DC comics and Warner Brothers.

Added this to my collection and was not disappointed. Movie was awesome and the Batman figure that came with is awesome. Just odd this one did not come with a book like ALL THE REST of these series. 4 stars only because NO BOOK like ALL THE REST!

Being a fan of the Batman, I like many bought this to add to the collection. I am happy to say that this is nothing short of awesome! Great characters, old and new and a great compelling story to go along with it! Great job DC Universe, keep 'em coming!

An enjoyable animated Batman film. If you're a Batman fan, and even if you're not, you won't regret sitting down to watch this. The miniature Batman statue is only added incentive to purchase and own this movie, yourself.

If your a fan of the other Batman cartoons like Batman: Under the Red Hood you will also enjoy this movie. The violence and language might be a little too much for younger viewers so use your best judgment as this movie does have a PG-13 rating.

I really liked the story between Batman and his son Robin. The Court of Owls are an interesting secret society in Gotham. Robin really shines in this animated feature. The fight between Batman and Robin (hence the movie title) was pretty amazing.
