Great product for the information I want to track.

all the reviews i saw online and videos seemed to make it sound like a great item. Never got the item to sync with my phone and the support for the product is none. opened 5 different tickets for help and no reply. Had to return item

Item didn't work. Had to return it. I charged it for over a day and read the instructions but nothing worked. I downloaded the app and it could not recognize the Poof. Try another cellphone and it too couldn't sync up.

love that i can track my cats activity. I last charged it 3 weeks ago and the battery is still on

This company must have gone under because both of the ones I have no longer work and neither does the app. This used to be really great but I hate cloud products like this that rely on 3rd party servers to operate. There's literally no reason.

Pros- Affordable, accurate activity tracking, small, easy to set up, long battery life. Cons- Some of the info in app is overwhelming---too much info in one section.

I got this to find out if my dog was getting enough exercise since she's home alone most of the day. I found out she's not as active as she should be. I'm able to set fitness goals for my dog & the app ranks her based on her activity. This device will definitively help me get her back in tip top shape. Plus, it's convenient since I don't have to recharge. Any pet parent will enjoy this monitor.

I purchased 12/2017, would not charge & couldn't activate , contacted they responded a week later and sent a replacement charge cables not really impressed (I assumed slowness tied to Christmas) but I bought another one for my second dog 1/18... I really liked all the data those gave on my dogs when they both worked... the one I bought 12/17 stopped charging I emailed them twice in early February and am still waiting for a response. I checked if I could return 12/17 unit to Best Buy and it is out of their warranty range, it is suppose to have a year warranty form manufacturer.

My cat Mitsy is overweight, I blame my husband. ;) The Bean is purrfect! It's the size of a pill so Mitsy doesn't notice it's on. It tracks her activity daily so my hubby and I can ensure she's getting enough exercise. We have agreed to rotate days on who plays with her to help her lose the extra pounds. She's even made it on the leaderboard!

For the price, you can't beat the valuable data it provides. It keeps me in check so I can provide my dog more exercise if needed. I took my dog to the vet and she said she was super happy with my dog's weight so now I know I'm giving him the correct daily servings since I track the daily servings on the app. Really liking the new goal feature as well! I can set exercise goals for my dog and the app lets me know if my dog has met his goals and how often. Very cool fitness tracker for my dog.

I bought this device to make sure my kids were walking the lab. The bean has been great. I sync it each night and can see how active Ginger has been during the day. The ranking feature has actually motivated my kids to make sure Ginger is walked everyday. I'm very happy ao far.

Poof is absolutely amazing! There is a Bluetooth mesh-network feature in the event that your pet goes missing. However, this would require not only for a person to be within 30 feet of the pet, but for them to have downloaded the app as well. Poof refers to this as social GPS, something very similar to how Tile works, and even with Tiles huge user base, I’d be hesitant to rely on their network as well.The Poof Pea does a great job of telling you about your pet’s health. It breaks down activity into high, medium, and low, and then breaks down the rest into deep and light rest. These are pretty similar to how Fitbit tracks human steps, but Poof lays it out a bit more cleanly hour-by-hour.Beyond the data, the device is also built to withstand typical pet activities. Also being waterproof (up to one meter) is a nice touch. Now I can bring my dog out and I feel comfortable with the tracking system and the activities data analysis.

Great product, small and easy to use. I can make sure I am feeding my dogs the right amount and they get enough exercise. Cool to see the data.

Upon opening the Poof Bean I had a charging issue. I contacted Poof and still have not recieved a reply. Recently I have had an issue where when I sync the bean I get no activity for my pet, only 24 hours of rest which I know is not the case. It has been like this for a week now and no one from Poof will respond to me.

This product is theoretically great. I received it, charged it, and place it on my dog's collar. Total success! When it died, I put it back in the charger...and it never charged again. Multiple attempts to contact Poof customer support have been met with silence. Terrible experience. Terrible customer support. Strong recommend you look elsewhere.
