i had the older model for years until the battery stopped charging. Picked up this & it has been better than the previous. No complaints & the battery lasts really long.

Very neat and tidy - vacuum keeps the trimmings out of the sink. Used for two months almost daily - no problems.

This is a very nice trimmer. The quality is great, built in vacuum is nice, and good battery life. Works great for trimming my beard, but a can be tough to maneuver around my nose for the mustache. I love the length adjustment system they have in place.

Solid beard trimmer. The length adjustment is simple and works well. Trimmer comes with two guards--one flat and the other with a flexible side. The instructions say the flexible side is for curves of the face, but I use the flexible guard exclusives as it is more comfortable. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the vacuum isn't as powerful as I'd hoped. I still have to do some cleanup around the sink. Otherwise, a great trimmer.

the trimmer as such is nice and can be adjusted to different lengths. it's not ideal to do any precision work as the front is bulky. the vacuum that is supposed to keep the stubbles out of your sink work 50/50 when trimming short, for longer trims it doesn't work at all

Trims very well. I have been warned about these kind of trimmers going dull after a few months use, however after a few weeks it is still working very well One complaint: it is very difficult to get the trimmer's attachment back on after cleaning. I'm still trying to figure out the secret
