My friend let me borrow this exact trimmer, thereafter I definitely had to get one for myself. No complaints at all.

Seems to do what I need with no mess because of built in vacum

Old shaver stopped holding a charge so I needed a replacement. This shaver is perfect and gives a nice clean shave. The corded or cordless ability is a great feature for those time I forget to plug it in.

This is an overall good trimmer and I'm very happy with the quality and solid feel of the trimmer. It's easy to grip and the guard slides smoothly on the face. The vacuum does not work as well as hoped. It has definitely reduced the quantity of trimmings that fall in the sink, but I estimate it only sucks up 2/3 of the actual trimmings. However, at least there is less mess to clean up. Biggest drawback is the difficulty in trimming the upper lip under the nose. Even when the guards are all removed, the blade is not well-positioned to tightly trim - even for guy with a relatively small nose like me:) Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Gives my beard a solid trim. Not the best, but not the worst.

The vacuum of the shaver is pretty good especially on the 'Turbo' mode. The battery lock feature is good for travel. It consumes lot of power on Turbo mode. The shaver is not compact.

This trimmer replaced an older model. It works great! Has multiple settings and even a boost button!

I like using this trimmer at its lowest setting. It's does a great job at keeping it looking neat.

So far so good. I like to vaccum feature. Easy to use

After my other norelco trimmer died (and of course the model isn't sold anymore) I got this model. However, to enable to "vacuum" feature, they made a gap between the blade and edge of the unit. So when you try to shape the beard - you can't get as clean a line as on the QT4021 model I had b4. Also - and I haven't seen any other complaints about this os maybe it;s just the way I hold it - but to set the length you have to turn the unit around from the direction you were shaving. Literally turn the whole thing around, adjust the length, turn it around again, and continue trimming. That was enough for me to say forget it. I 'm returning it (via Norelco's '45 day try it free' program) and found a new QT model on ebay.

I sat for thirty minutes trying to figure out how to attach the plastic adapter. The stubble door MUST BE IN THE OPEN POSITION. This drove me crazy and the instructions don't mention. Decent razor, personally, I went back to my old trusty Panasonic.

I owned a previous version of this model. It is compact and easily maneuverable. The motor is powerful and easily cuts through thick beards. The battery holds a charge well. Ideal for travel.

Excellent build quality, one if not the best out there.

Bought it as a Christmas present for my dad and he really likes it. Uses it all the time

This gives me the perfect 5 o'clock trim. I would recommend this to any of my friends.
