I bought this pill on special and felt I was getting a really good deal but was not impressed at all. Returned it the next day in exchange for a bigger speaker and only paid $20 difference. I was really disappointed with the sound coming out of the pill.

This device is ok. If you are looking for something that outputs crispier sound and nicer quality, I would opt for some Bose instead of this or even the JBL brands.

Apple got their hands on it and ruined a brand that I admired. Doesn't sound good, too pricey, heavy.

I bought the Beats Pill 9 months ago and it crashed. A huge hassle with Apple Support to have it replaced. I am very disappointed in their ability to interact with BestBuy regarding a receipt for the product. The pill is a real downer!!

Great sound for my needs (just as a music speaker for when I work). But the biggest knock is that it has had trouble recently pairing to devices... It worked well at first – for about a week – then Pairing Issues started. 80% of the time it says "Pairing Unsuccessful". Have installed latest software still trying to figure out the problem.

I came in to buy my boyfriend a speaker and I thought, “well beats are great quality headphones and he’s had some before so maybe the speaker would be great!” No. That was not the case. The sound was not what I expected it to be. Yes, it’s nice and pretty expensive, but the sounds is not doing the price and brand justice. I went with a JBL charge 4 instead. Way better.

It plays music when I want it to. It’s usually quiet, especially when I’m not using it.

Not worth the price, super expensive, no loud enough

I love my speaker but when I first got it it made a turning on and off sound. After 2 days it did not make the sound anymore I don’t know why. It was new out of the box. It still works fine but I think I got a faulty one which make me upset.

Is a powerful sounding speaker, however the bass is muzzled not as crisp as you would expect from beats

Product is OK however return policy by Best Buy is disappointing and I will not shop as much here in the future.

The older beats by Dre was a whole lot of better. It’s not loud at all.

Not really that loud and cannot connect to tv and no remote control

My only complaint is I wish it were louder! Great deal for Bluetooth speaker and is radio volume just not super loud

The sound was ok, the louder you play it the lower the bass becomes.

Lacks bass. Very punchy and handles mids and highs great, just lacks that bass you'd expect from beats.

worked great - still works BUT the power button failed soon after purchase- hard to power on and off
