Firstly, I'm quite happy with this purchase, the modest price, the state of the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished BeatsX headphones as the new ones. Incredible sound (as for earbud&in ear headphones). Battery life - I have enough for music and phone calls throughout the day. There is a quick charge, but I have not had the chance to check it. I use them daily for almost a month. The disadvantages have not yet been found. :)

I was hesitant to by wireless headphones, but not anymore great sound, Comfort, and long battery life!!

Needed some headphones for hikes, running, etc. and my wired earbuds would constantly get caught and pulled out of my ears. These stay snuggly in my ears and provide great quality.

My wife loves these beats. She can workout with them running or strength training and they don’t fall out. Good price we bought them as geek squad certified and no issues so far.

Batter life is about 6 hours. Recharge is fast. Sound is great. Comfortable.

Beats aren’t known for hi-if sound, but I didn’t buy these for that purpose. I really just wanted a pair of wireless earbuds that I could use while doing mindless tasks around the house and at work. I was actually pleasantly suprised by the sound of these, however. They seem to be a bit more balanced than what I have experienced in the past with Beats (they are usually pretty bass heavy). I planned on only using these to listen to podcasts, but these are good enough for non-critical musical listening. These are worth a shot if you don’t want to be tied down to your phone or DAP.

Bought refurbished from Geek Squad and they arrived as if they were brand new. Pretty decent battery life and sound quality. Perfect for working out.

With the A1 chip these are the best earbuds for Apple products. For those familiar with Bluetooth headphones the range on these are amazing. Also every other pair of Bluetooth headphones i’ve Had suffer from drop outs outdoors or in noisey RF environments. Not with theses! Also if you have and iPhone, MacBook, and iPad switching between them is a snap, especially with new Airplay 2 features. The sound quality is pretty good but not great. Which is why I gave them 4 stars. I still prefer their sound over AirPods which is why I claim they are the best!

The sound quality it's fine, but they need more volume. The pack of the beats x it's with some cracks but the earphones it's in great conditions.

great sound... great fit to ear...all day battery life

So, I waited this long to review these blue tooth earphones so I'd have something to say about how long they lasted. I got them in January 2019 and only started using them in April 2019. They stopped working last month. The earphones no longer hold a charge and also don't stay connected to my phone or my laptop. No damage, nothing happened to them; they just stopped working. While they worked, they worked as described with great sound, rapid charging and held a charge for the stated 8 hours initially. These are my second pair. The first pair lasted much longer before one ear stopped working. They also cost less. I think I have officially given up on buying these refurb earphones from Best Buy. This last pair were certainly not worth the 73 bucks I paid for them. If you buy a pair, maybe buy brand new so that way you at least have a warranty.

The sound in this earphones are really good battery life is not that great but the charging speed makes of it and then some

bought these as a refurbished product. they have performed as expected, Easy to pair, the flat cable is comfortable so its a nice touch, although charging module and power switch module add considerable weight and bulk to the earphones. As compared to the Bose which has eliminated all but the microphone and volume control. The battery provides somewhat less than the stated 8 hours 4-6 hours might be a closer estimate. sound quality is clear with a decent bass response

What I really like about these headphones is the clarity that people remark in the phone calls and the battery life. I can usually get a solid 2 days of use on them - on and off. Between walking and talking on the phone + working out and listening to the music plus some games at work or something.

Wanted in ear buds to replace my original Apple in ear corded set, those are excellent. But I hated having to use an adapter with iPhone 7. This sound great even have a little base, but not overpowering as my previous “beats” experiences.. battery life excellent, also nice that I can use with my Mac and iPad!
