Bad fitting earbuds

The shape of them is awkward and no matter which ear pieces I use they just want fall out regardless of activity. Samsung galaxy buds were much better

Sound quality seems a lot lower then the new air pods. Not that great for working out

Don’t waste your money

The person on the other line could barely hear me, one earbud kept coming out my ear even after trying different sizes. Everytime I tried to adjust it, you easily hang up on the other person. Do not recommend. Just pay the extra money for AirPods.

The only limitation for me was zoom calls not connected to Bluetooth. U can buy red,black or white which are $20 cheaper than this. I bought this as blue is my color.

Slip out my pocket

The bass is not heavy like I was thinking they would be. There's no wireless charging. Don't let a Bestbuy Rep talk you into the Apple Care + plan it barely will cover damage to the Buds it doesn't cover loss I learned the hard way. They slipped out of my pocket while I was on a boat. Bestbuy and Apple said there's nothing they can do. So I'm out of $149.99 plus $29.99 for Apple Care+. I feel like I definitely was misinformed about the Apple Care+. Thanks Bestbuy!!
