Connectivity is an issue, sound quality sounds cheap. I think they are over priced if for the same thing I can get a $20 dollar set for the same quality. Don’t let the brand fool you.

Faulty earbuds & unaccommodating customer service.

Unfortunately the ear buds didn’t work, one side wouldn’t charge or take little charge. We went to exchange & they wouldn’t exchange them because the price was different than the sale price. We settled and they refunded us the sale price instead of just exchanging them. I understand that this was a sale price but I waited and bought them when it was the best time to buy and we had to pay the difference because I got faulty earbuds shipped to me. Not cool
