Bought this for our grandson for Christmas and I’m sure he will love it

On my 3rd pair of Beats in less than one month. Took in to Geek Squad for repair. Couldn't fix the microphone problem, sent to Apple Repair Center. Lost in transit. Another set of Beats sent to me via BB Store pick up. New pair wouldn't pair with iPhone correctly and still inaudible to people I was calling. Never got out of the store with them as Geek Tech sent them back and expedited new pair. They arrived this week and when I tried them out, same problems with pairing and audible issues. I was told to take them to an Apple Store. as it was a warrantee and Apple Care issue. I did today and guess what, Apple Associate did get them to pair with phone after many tries but audible issue was not functioning. I was told they , Apple Store, could not determine them bad and they now have sent them to their repair center to start another merry-go-round. I offered to upgrade to the Apple Air Pod Pros if they'd credit me for the Beats. I was told they couldn't do that. At this point they said I might get a different pair on the 19th of April, almost 7 weeks since the original pair was first sent in for repair by Apple from the BB Greek Squad Tech. I have 6 Apple products in my home and have never had a problem with any of them. The Beats Studio Buds are the worst things I've ever encountered as far as electronic hardware goes.

These were a gift for my son. He loves them and I am happy because he is.

The beats were a perfect Christmas gift. They tend to die a little quicker than expected thought!

Take some time for adjusting and easy to lose. Other than that I love them

They are kool but my galaxy buds in my opinion are better. these beats get really loud but get out of control if you know what I mean please don’t kill the messenger but I would have rather them limit the volume and retained the quality of the music being played than let it get so loud that it stop sounding good

These were a Christmas present for my mother and she loves and uses them all the time.

Sound is okay. Doesn’t fit well in my ear. It would fall out when I jump.

My dad loved it as a gift he been using them for work and bbqs

So far, so good. I like the new beats bluetooth! I haven't had a chance to run with them, but I hope that they will stay in my ear and not fall out as others have.

Earbuds are very loud clear however difficulty with remaining in place .

Amazing product I will be buying these for Christmas ti give out to some family members

Just brought them today. Very small I hung up my first call because it’s pretty sensitive of a button on the headphone but all in all it’s a pretty cool headphone.
