The worst fitment I’ve ever experienced. After using every bud they still fall out and slip. The noise cancellation is not good at all and the transparency mode is awful. 30mins into using any of these modes will cause the earbuds to overheat. Yeah, I never thought headphones/earbuds can overheat. I recommend the Beats Powerbeats Pro. I own a pair and thought the buds were and upgrade and I was completely wrong.

Everything is good but my only issue is that they don’t have a secure fit. I found myself always having to readjust them back in my ears after moving around. If there was a way to add some sort of wing tips they would be perfect.

The right ear bud does not work no matter the troubleshooting. With this being fully charged, the percentage drops every 3-5 minutes. I want to exchange to refund
