I’m old fashioned so I love having the wires on my ear buds. It works well with my iPhone and iPad. When worn it does close noise when listening with it. I wish the buds weren’t removable, but that’s just my preference. I like the original buds to the iPhone then the buds they provided for the beats buds. I still like it and it’s comfortable just be cautious about the buds falling out or getting shut in the canal of the ear. I wanted the red ones but they didn’t have red ones they all sold out so I was left with white or black. I got the black ones wish there was a case to these so the buds won’t get lost. Overall everything is nice about them they do what they are suppose to. The price was ok because I got it on sale instead of it’s original price. Love that it has a mic too.

I bought the first set of beats because I wanted a set with the lightening connection so I wouldn’t have to keep buying an adapter for my set of Beats with the headphone jack that Ive had for over two years. They work just fine but I wanted to get away from the adapter. Whoa, shortly after buying the first set they started shorting out. I returned that set and got a second set. Now the second set has started doing the same thing. I had intended to return these the first of the week but something important kept me from doing so. I got this set on 9/9/2019 but it says the date to return them was 9/23/2019. Now I’ve got this set of earbuds that are not working. I don’t know why 2 pairs of the exact same earbuds as I have except for the connection being different ( headphone jack verses lightening connector) have shorted out so quickly after purchasing. I bought the protection plan so I’m hoping this will either allow me to get my money back or another replacement set. I bought the set with the headphone jack from QVC and they are still working fine. What is it with the ones I bought at Best Buy that they’ve messed up so soon after purchase. Does Best Buy sell seconds? Or is this the same product that QVC sells and I ejustgot a bad pair twice? I know that there’s always a chance of buying something that got by a quality check and it’s just not right, but come on two pairs that have gone bad just shortly after purchasing. Either I’m the most unlucky person shopping at Best Buy or something just isn’t right. Maybe there’s a reason the best price for these Beat earbuds was at Best Buy. Not sure what the problem is but I’m starting to wonder about purchasing anything else there. I added 2 pics, the earbuds and the Vera Bradley tech case they are kept in when not in use. The ones I bought at Best Buy didn’t come with a case like the ones I got from QVC.

I purchased these headphones just to leave in my car so I would always have a pair handy. I got the urbeats collection series which has the same beats 3 wired (lightning in my case) as the original, but this one has ear wings and a case for 10$ less, so pay attention to which you buy cuz free stuff for less is better! The fit is pretty good. I’m not going to pretend I’m some workout junky and talk about how they never fall out. I use them for 20-30 minutes at a time when I’m waiting in my car or eating a dinner without my wife. I can tell you they are very good for that scenario. They don’t cause headaches or strain from listening for that amount of time and I turn up the music to a good clip. The sound does have that “charteristic beats bass” sound. So if you are listening to classical or trying to sleep, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you like dance, pop, rock, 80s (my choice), or top 40, you will be able to enjoy your music a lot. I don’t listen to metal or hard rap so can’t evaluate for those. But they have plenty of bass for those types of music. I was able to get them on sale for a tiny $40, and at that price, a steal! They are easily 60$ headphones, and I would have still been pleased with their performance at that price. Once you go past that, I’d start to think other phones. I also purchased the pioneer rays plus (the 129, not the 99 ones) and if you have a bit of extra, I’d pony up for those instead. But if that’s higher than you want to go, you will certainly be happy with these.

Definitely has been put to good use as two of my previous earphones crapped out on me at the same time. What makes these Beats earphone better than previous models is that it fits in perfectly with modern iPhone without needed that extra Apple connection to attach it. Inexpensive as well. Definitely perfect to use for if you have Bluetooth earphones and the battery dies on your while you're out and about.

These headphones are very comfortable. Great quality for sound, bass, comfort, durability, etc. They stay in place during hard workouts, doing cardio or doing free weights. The cable is a little stiff and awkward as far as flexibility and movement, but no other complaints.

I’m not too fancy with sound quality but I do hear the difference between Apple EarPods, and basically any other in-ear headphones out there. I have nice Sony ones that were $29.99, but the treble seems too high for it. I wanted to have headphones that don’t require a dongle adapter and definitely didn’t want to use the ones that came with my iPhone 8- pure crap, Dollar Tree sound quality, in fact. With that said, I was hesitant to get these headphones at 34, because I feel like they’re for younger people. However, I will say, for the price they’re really good. The ear piece that was the default size was perfect for my ear and they sound very good to me. I would give them an A. I do have Bose with my laptop and in my car, so I know a little about sound quality. They’re a big improvement over what you get out of the box. Yes, you do hear the headphones when you’re moving and the music is off, but that’s not really a big deal when you have the music playing you don’t hear the movement noise. I would suggest Beats changes the shape/style of the cord to help reduce that noise. It’s not that big of a deal to not warrant the purchase. The point of these are music and they sound great. Give them a try, they may impress you. I love that I no longer have to use a headphone dongle adapter anymore nor the Apple EarPods that came with my iPhone- well worth the price! I like them a lot!

These ear buds are amazing, usally I Buy skull candy but I got sick of replacing them so I tried these and I intend to stay with them. They fit comfortably and once I put them in and play music I can’t hear the outside world at all. I listen to rap, rock and metal and they are great for all these. The best is with the real bass hungry songs as they hit those notes perfectly with the volume all the way up;no distortion at all. Worth the money.

Sound great, as I would expect! Flat cord and magnetic earbuds help in keeping the cable from tangling. Sound quality is great and they rock out when you crank up the volume. And for me the most important part is they stay in my ears! They come with several size ear adapters to fit all sizes. I would buy again!

Bought these headphones as a treat to myself because I love to listen to music and the apple type earplugs hurt my ears. These were comfortable to wear and sound quality far superior. I get plenty of use and worth the purchase. I prefer these to Bluetooth because they never need charging and hard to lose. Wouldn’t buy as a gift unless you know the persons personal preference. Overall satisfied and happy with my purchase.

When it come in terms of "Which wired headphones do you want for your latest iPhone?" Well, there's the quick and simple answer of the Apple headphones, or their alternative of the urBeats3. As far as quality goes, they are about the same as the Apple headphones because they share similar technology in their design. urBeats are just the earbud version of the Apple headphones, but with a brand name. If you don't like how the normal Apple headphones fit in your ears, Wired or Wireless, Beats is the other brand that Apple offers you as the alternative. Apples : to : Oranges (Beats) EarPods : urBeats AirPods/(Pro) : BeatsX/PowerBeats/(Pro) AirPod Max : Beats Solo/(Pro)/Studio/Pro/EP I preferably favor Beats more due to their ear fit over Apple headphones.

I begin this review by stating my bias: in-ear headphones are not my first choice. That being said, Beats delivers an excellent sound quality in a tiny package that is tuned for fuller bass and moderate mids to highs. I'm an electronic music fan, so these really deliver a full, bass-front soundstage for my listening. Indie rock and other music sounds good, but these headphones lack the clarity and punch needed for mid-range centric rock music. Love that they use the Lightning connector with remote controls. HOWEVER, the flat ribbon-style cable is terrible. Cord noise is extremely loud with these, which makes them less-than-ideal for use while doing just about any activity, from walking to biking to running.

Great for Music, Not so good for calls

I purchased to replace an older set of Beats earbuds. What I liked was the consistent sound quality, decent bass which was not over-bearing, great for pop music that I listen to. I also liked the soft earbuds, which makes for a better fit than the standard Apple Earpods and the lightning connector was a plus, no longer need to carry an adapter. What I didn't like was the cord noise. When there's no music, and you move, you can hear noise from the cord. Not much of an issue when you're listening to music, but it's problematic when making a call especially since the other party also hears the cord noise on their end. To be fair, sound quality is good if you're not moving, but the whole point is to be mobile. Needless to say, I am not going to be using this for phone calls. One other negative is that there's no carrying pouch, which was a disappointment since my previous purchases of Beats and other higher end brands included a case or pouch. Bottom line, great for music at this price point, but not for making calls.

Wireless, wireless, wireless it send that is all anyone wants to talk about these days. Since Apple’s elimination of the headphone jack with the IPhone 7 it seems that wireless headphones is all that people want to read about. The dongle that comes with the latest iPhones is just not cutting it for people. The answer is these Beats headphones with Apple lighting connector. With these you have great sound quality and the durability and dependability of a wired connection

This is my third time ordering these due to me being a klutz and losing them lol and the last couple times I had these I couldn't stop wearing them! They're that great!!!! They're like the Apple earpods with the lightning port that come with your iPhone when you purchase them and the sound on these is outstanding! I definitely recommend these to my friends and family that are into Beats and wired earbuds instead of always using the Apple wired earpods!

I used these before the pandemic for my bus commute. On sale they offer a great value. Sound is great and the best part is I did not have to worry about charging yet another device. The non tangle wire and magnet makes it easy to live with. They also fit so much better than all other apple options. If you need headphones for workout, you may want to consider length of wire for your needs. My use was purely for a commute.

This is my 3rd pair because I don’t always wanna be looking for them. The sound is awesome, they are not as sound isolating as I had hoped though. (I can still hear my husband snoring). They fit best with the wing tips on, unfortunately this model does not come with them only the older model, so I use the wing tips from them. Overall I am very happy with them and they sound great.
