I’ve had the M9s for over a year, and it has been extremely useful to me, especially for ear cleaning and preventing wax buildup. I highly recommend it to anyone who often has this kind of issue. Pros: Helps prevent wax buildup Easy to use Effective for internal ear cleaning If you struggle with excessive earwax, it’s definitely worth trying.

this really works to take a look in your ears , also have good battery life, when you try to connect with your phone, make sure to turn off the mobile Data and the wifi on only for easy connection. i used a Samsung galaxy Fold 4

Worked great at 1st until started changing out the ear tips and now they won't stay on tight because it seems like they are striped. Was going to bring it back to exchange it for another one but it's no longer showing up on the best buy website. I got another one from Amazon and it has some extra attachments and so far no issues, it's working great. So if there is a way to fix the attachments from spinning around and falling off than this would be wonderful.

This is a very handy gadget. It works really well. The app is easy to install and use. The little pod it sits in is functional and also cute... it's a modern looking gadget, so if you had to have it sitting out it's fine. It also has a cover so none of your attachments are out in the open. I do wish they had an even smaller head.... it's nice to have so many attachments, but several are duplicates... a really tiny one would be nice.

So I bought this because I couldn't her out of one ear for about 4 or 5 days straight, and was sick of debrox. Not only did this fix that ear up, the ear I thought was fine actually ended up being relieved of more gunk than I expected as well. I can hear my pants shuffling now and its absolutely bizarre. The only reasons I docked a point is the connection process is kind of janky, and there is occasionally some delay with the camera feed. Other then that, absolutely recommended (just please be safe near the eardrum).

An excellent product when you are feeling the urge to really get into the details of cleaning out your ears! Comes with multiple tips and the camera works really good. Clear and crisp so that you get a perfect view of the ear canal. A must for any medicine cabinet or hygiene shelf.

If you are a little bit OCD about cleaning your ears, and you are a little bit techy, this is the perfect product for you. Basically a camera, with light, contained within a tool that allows for changeable tips to clean your ear canal. The camera easily connects with the Android app (if you use iPhone, move along). I immediately fell in love with this product. Tragically, I inadvertently broke the main camera unit on the first one I purchased. It had nothing to do with any sort of design flaw, and was entirely due to my clumsiness. At any rate, I reordered another one the same day.

Hands down one of the coolest little hygienic devices I've come across. Easy to set up, picture or video quality is amazing. Definitely exceeded any expectations that i had by far.

BEBIRD Visual Ear Cleaner M9S Black. It was great for seeing in the ear where the ear wax is. The tool fell of when using it but fell on the floor. the camera works great can see clear into you eardrum.

Nifty device. Connecting to them with their wifi connection is a small pain but not too bad. The camera itself is great and it is very convenient to be able to see when you do some ear cleaning. I will say, the most comfortable tip is the blue silicon one, and I eventually wore out the thread on it so it doesn’t stay on anymore. I’d be careful with the force you use to attach the tips and maybe be wary of the longevity of these. Don’t know where to get replacements.

You might not use it a lot but when you do it is fantastic! Incredible device with the ability to provide live full color viewing of interior searches.

I absolutely love this item. It is literally one of the best inventions ever. I use it almost every day. I clean my own ears with it, plus my daughters and my husband. Everyone loves it. The light is bright. The camera is clear. I do wish it had some kind of hook like the ear doctors use. Nothing sharp or anything. Just something to stick in the wax to help pull it off the ear drum. This device is awesome though. Every one should have one.

Not bad but does require you to have coordination lol I could 100% say i am comfortable using this and have enough light to see what I'm doing. But would i trust anyone else to do this for me no way! My coordination is on a high level but outisde of a doctor i couldn't trust someone not to hurt me.

The camera is surprisngly clear and makes cleaning your ears a breeze, and much safer.

Best investment I’ve made for myself and my health all year . The peace of mind knowing I don’t have spiders in my ears is an easy bed to sleep on . Get it if you have overly waxxy ears and are tired of not being able to seee inside .
