I purchased this item to use with my Mac while I travel. Works perfectly and allows me to watch all online services like Netflix and Hulu while on the road and staying in hotels. Works awesome and is extremely easy to use. Plug and play!

If I had done my homework if would not have bought this. My bad. It's a Belkin cable, though, for cryin' out loud. That alone gives it the stars. My problem was that I wanted to use my Mac as a display for my PS 3 and this cable seemed to fit the bill. Well... it didn't. seems that my computer doesn't have that capability unless I want to spend another $200 on a device to work around that little detail. So instead, I bought an HDMI M/F extension to make it easy to switch between my PS 3 & 4 on my Windows machine. Ah, well... live and learn. Anyway, like the summary says... when it comes to cables, do your homework.

Very simple to use product. I just connected the cable from my laptop to the HDMI port on my HDTV and the sound and picture are great. Definitely would recommend!

Works with my 2011 MacBook Pro, it was pretty much plug and play. Was a little pricy though, almost worth the extra money to just get an Apple TV

Works as advertised. Easy to set up and works well with different monitors. Productivity pick up with 2 monitors for litle cost and HDMI to boot.

This product is easy to use and worked great! I hooked my macbook up to the tv to stream a sports game and it was great picture.

There are numerous ways to get what I wanted accomplished (mirroring a laptop to a TV), but this was the simplest and probably the least expensive method. I did need a wi-fi extender to make it work better, but I needed the wi-fi extender for better range throughout the house anyway. (Also purchased the wi-fi extender at Best Buy and very pleased with it.) The only negative is that I had to figure this out by myself (and find the items myself) and did not get satisfactory advice from employees.

The cable does exactly what it is supposed to do, which is good. I purchased the cable because it allows me to hook a laptop or or small computer to my multimedia system without needing to buy an adapter and a separate HDMI cable where signal loss or a cable disconnection can occur. The 6' cable length is also long enough to use in other settings without needing to worry if the cable is too short.

We wanted to be able to stream Netflix movies to our HD flat screen TV. This cable was recommended by one of the BestBuy sales personnel. It was a little more expensive than a similar cable by another brand but it works just like it's supposed to. We had no problem connecting MacBook Pro to our TV. Sound and video work.

I needed a display port to HDMI cable to go from my thunderbolt on my Macbook Pro to a computer monitor I purchased. I looked at several options but decided on the Belkin as it provided exactly what was needed. I'd say it's a bit pricey, but worked right out of box and works great. Very happy with this product.

I purchased this cord to connect my Windows Surface Pro Tablet to my tv so I could view the internet on my tv (exercise videos on YouTube). I thought it would be a hassle and I would need other cables, but I literally plugged one end in to the tablet and one end in to the tv and it worked. Couldn't be more simple!
