The problem is not the charger. It’s my case with a PopSocket on the back. I’ve tried to charge it with the PopSocket top on and with just the base. I believe that this charger is very sensitive and needs my iPhone 11 to sit flat on it. I really need to try it with my new otter box PopSocket case. I think that it will work perfectly. On the upside, I LOVE being able to hide the charger and not have a thousand cords everywhere.

This will be the fourth one we have purchased (each one in the family has one now). Reason for 4 stars is the only hang up is that you sometimes have to adjust your phone (with a case on it) just right to pick up charge. It really is not a big deal, and is to be expected with a case. Great for the price!!

You have to center the phone on the charging pad or it won’t work, But there is an led which tells you if you centered it correctly-yellow means it sees your phone but is not charging, white means it is charging. It obviously needs to be on a flat surface so don’t throw your cables away, but a great and convenient charger. We are using ours with an iPhone 11 and an iPhone SE.
