Works fine, but occasionally I need to reset the phone on the pad until I hear the tone indicating connection. Could be my phone case and its less-than- smooth surface on the back in areas. Generally, works well and charges relatively fast.

Unbox, plug in, set wireless-charging-capable phone on it. Fast charging worked on my iPhone XS Max just as quickly as it does with my 12 watt iPad standard corded charger that I normally use. The rubber ring is a nice touch, as the phone does not move easily once you set it on the charging pad.

Often have to scoot the phone around on the pad a little to get it to start charging, but this is minor.

Good Wireless Charging Pad

You have to place your phone just right on the pad in order for it to charge. Once your phone is placed right on the pad it does charge the phone fast.
