I have had an I-Pad for several years and have valued my Belkin - Snap Sheild Case because it protects it from drops and being bumped.

This is my second case. The first was destroyed from my kids dropping it but the iPad still worked cause of the case. Very impressed.

this is to protect my IPad. My backpack fell out of the car and my IPad was in it. the cover saved my Ipad from being damaged.

Just an average case cover nothing special. I find that these only last about 12 to 14 months before you want to replace them. Definitely not heavy-duty protection

This is great for protecting your iPad. If it would have been for this when I dropped my iPad it would have been destroyed.

I thought it would be easier to get on and off and I was told it could stay on and still fit in my smart case and it doesn't however it looks amazing on my iPad.

Snaps on, and stays there, what else is there? It'll probably crack if you were to drop it, but who does that? It's a cover, and it covers, that's it

I liked the sleekness of this backing for the iPad but loved it more when I dropped it- no cracking!

Sturdy cover but only covers the back of the iPad. Couldn't get it on the iPad. Had to return it.

I had this case for a week and it started to crack at the corner where it clasps the iPad. This was my second of this item, the first made it two months before it cracked (and broke). Thought I'd give them a second chance with this one and will not likely be buying from Belkin again.

Very functional product. Protects your device from scratches and day to day wear and tear, transparently and without bulk. Does not add any weight. Love that it is clear and "form fitting". Snaps right on and can be removed easily. I did get a small crack in one of the corners after about a year and bought another one. Overall, I love this product.

I dropped my last pad and wanted to add a little Cush without changing the sexy feel of my iPad. Not sure this thin piece of plastic will do much. Plus, I bought the clear, frosty one and the frost is coming off in patches after less than a month of low to moderate use.
