Cooks well. Display doesn’t work properly.

Second time I made pork chops and the display was not working properly. The 0’s look like 8 and the 3 like 9’s. It was hard to set the correct time and temp. However, after setting up my own timer I had the best pork chops ever. Crispy and tender. Not dry at all. I want to love it but it’s difficult to guess the numbers. I’ve tried turning it off and unplugging it. Couldn’t find anything about resetting it. I am calling customer help and crossing my fingers that it’s an easy fix, otherwise I will have to return it.
